Friendly and Honest staff. Forgot some clothing there and when i called, they had already had it in a bag with my name on it and allowed my friend to go pick it up for me. Will stay again.

We stayed for a ski weekend trip. The hotel was right next to Fernie Alpine resort which made it very convenient.

Great place to stay.

Not impressed for the cost. Not many amenties open due to season ending I believe. Restaurant that was open way over priced. Will not be going back again.

Staff were very nice and room was clean and tidy. Great location. Only issue is that when someone had a bath above us we could hear the bath / Shower running, very loudly in room.

This place was great! The staff were awesome, friendly, helpful and also so chill. It was very clean and pet friendly. The parking was convenient, even if outside! It was a bit loud with a family in several rooms around us and kids ripping around the hallways but never during quiet time

Parking was excellent, very close. No elevator so if you stay on the top floor you will be hauling your luggage and skis up two flights of stairs. Also no ice or glass or plastic cups, only paper. Staff was wonderful however.

The rooms are a bit dated, but were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was amazing. Great parking. Easy access to the ski hill. They have a games room with a pool table and shuffleboard. There’s also a great sitting area in the reception area.

Slipes were walkable. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were nice. Good bonus to park close by for the next day of skiing. An ice machine would be nice.
