I loved everything about my 3 night stay at The Fairmont Pacific Rim! What a beautiful and well run hotel! Every person I interacted with at the hotel was so professional, so friendly and so accommodating. 10/10 for housekeeping and all of the staff that I didn't meet directly, but are obviously at the top of their game as well. Truly next level hospitality in every way. I felt totally valued as a customer and I even though staying here was a splurge for me, I felt like I got a great deal! From the complimentary car service to the excellent poolside service, I just loved everything about this place. I can't wait to go back!

This chic hotel is perfectly located in a lively area. While our room didn’t have an ocean view, it was beautifully modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff’s impeccable service made our stay seamless. A fabulous property that we would gladly return to again.

The Fairmont Pacific Rim is stunning, with beautiful architecture, spotless rooms, and an ideal location. The staff were excellent and the service was consistently attentive. The hotel’s extras, including the car and complimentary bicycles, made exploring Vancouver very easy. Dining was a highlight, from the Pacific Northwest inspired fare in the lobby to the incredible food and cocktails at The Botanist. The only drawback is the busy traffic in the area, but once inside the hotel you feel completely removed from it in a space of calm and luxury.

The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and sincere friendly service was absolutely wonderful. We stayed for a week and this was unmatched in my travel history! We would recommend the Fairmont Pacific Rim to everyone.

Location to sea wall walking and Stanley Park is optimal. A very nice Hotel and staff. We had an enjoyable stay and will return in the future.

The Employees are Wonderful. The Lobby furniture is dilapidated and frankly gross. My room needed a redesign. Everything in your hotel needs a design upgrade. Till next time
