Room was clean and quiet.

We always love staying at the Fairmont and have had great experiences in the past. This time, however, there seemed to be a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. Our room ended up having a city view and a regular shower instead of the harbour and mountain view with the hot tub that we were expecting. We still enjoyed our stay, but we definitely missed the view and amenities this time.

View was great; watching the sea planes take off and land each day.

Very cozy room and great staff

Incredible staff and extremely accommodating. Location is quieter than other local options. Still city noise but rooms are free from neighbour noise/ traffic etc. Everything is very tech savvy and easy to operate. Beds and pillows are fresh and comfy. There are so many thoughtful extras I can’t explain them all. I usually go to the Pan or Waterfront and they don’t compare to the Pacific Rim. I’ve found my new home from home…. They’ve been so wonderful with my Doberman as well. I just want to hibernate here. I had a recommended dog sitter come in and babysit for 3 hours, with full communication this was accommodated/ recommended. You have to see this place for yourself. So far, my favourite place downtown.

I stayed 3 nights there and it was an amazing experince for me. The room was so clean and the room service was quick and efficient. I will book that hotel for sure again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beautiful rooftop pool, hot tub, and bar. All of the staff that work at this hotel are exceptional. I hope someday we can get back to the Fairmont Pacific Rim!

Exceptional view of the Bay. Housekeeping provided excellent attention to detail in every corner of my room. Dining options were four diamond or five star. Lively night crowd in the Lobby Lounge, yet room was serene and quiet.
