The staff is amazing here. The restaurant is wonderful. The room could really use remodeled particularly the bathroom-tile cracked, offset and filthy looking. Didn’t even want to use the shower

All around great place to stay. Great location. Would stay there again for sure.

The staff was professional and very accommodating!

We loved the friendly staff. One front desk staffer lent us her hiking poles for the day since we were going up the Tetons and my wife needs some hiking support.

A beautiful property and the penthouse provided us more room than we imagined. Easily walkable to downtown, but still outside the hustle and noise of the cowboy bar scene. Only issue was many broken or worn items which should be better maintained for a room and resort at this price point. Cracked countertop, bathroom faucet not attached to sink firmly, broken antlers on wall, etc.

Our towels were not replaced for our Day 2 though requested on check in as an option. The rugs were dirty and when we checked in we were advised there was a maintenance issue with our dishwasher which we told them was not going to be used…just seemed a little haphazard…also didn’t give us check out key or parking pass.

The staff was amazing. Easy parking for being.downtown. Only negative is i stayed in a suite and the floors are thin and seemed like we had horses on the floor above. Still slept like a baby

Lovely, clean, interesting, well-equipped rooms and near the center of town!

Only compliants are they took three days to answer a pre arrival email. There was a major ceiling damage in one bedroom and the hot tub was basically unusable as the lid is waterlogged and very difficult to lift as it weighs so much once opened it had junk like styrofoam in it again from the bad lid I suppose. However those issues aside its a great location, very quiet, washer dryers in each bedroom. Overall would stay again.

One day visit in Jackson

We were there three nights and they never cleaned our room. In addition the door was impossible to lock. We complained about both the lock and the lack of housekeeping and got nowhere. Most of the time there was nobody at the front desk and there was nobody to be found. Breakfast was abysmal. It’s a great location, but the experience and service were not worth the price.

The door code only work the second attempt. But over all the room was perfect. Out side by the rear parking there was lots of construction dabree (nails and screws).

We booked for location and for the bar & restaurant on property. However, it was closed. Covered parking didn’t fit our vehicle. Room was dirty, shower had a bunch of soap scum and the shower head leaked. Looks like they have tried fixing it before. Carpet was tearing as well. We won’t be back.

Hotel has a convenient location. Staff were very helpful. Room is of comfortable size, but general property maintenance is needed in room. Ripped carpet, banged up walls and baseboards. Could be a very lovely hotel with some work to the rooms.

Got a great deal during a small off-season road trip. This place is pretty nice, and I would stay here again, if given the opportunity. It’s one of those places that you might pass up due to the typical “In Season” rates being a little higher than the main chains, but this is that place that it’s actually worth it. Stayed in the two king room without a kitchen. The 1 king room with the kitchen, if you’re staying for a few days and like to cook, would be an awesome decision. Treat yourself and stay at this place if you get the opportunity.

Staff was great and so was location but the room itself felt old. The bathroom felt like it was from the 80s.

This property was a perfect location and everyone was so friendly and nice.

We arrive 2 days early, before our VRBO reservation, and needed a two night stay. Wow, this place is nice and convenient to the tourist area. Next time we will stay here for the entire stay.
