Excellent stay in the hotel, the food was good as per Vietnam and more spacious room

The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are super spacious and clean, I will come back many times.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL SERVICE, THE ROOM IS COMPLETE EVERYTHING EVEN TO SHAMPOO ETC. VERY SATISFACTORY, ESPECIALLY THE FOOD I CONSIDER THIS IS ONE OF THE HOTELS WITH THE BEST BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER FOUND. If I go to Hanoi again I will choose this hotel again.

Hotel is good at lacotion, room and staff services

The receptionist's service is very bad. They forgot to book a tour to Ninh Binh for my family. I had paid for the tour before but they still forgot. We reminded them many times and insisted that we would go that day. November 16, but the receptionist said it was because we booked on November 17, after some back and forth they finally accepted that it was their fault. They also lied and told us that the car was coming, causing my family to have to wait all morning.

My family just spent a vacation here. Central hotel, step out full of delicious food, easy travel, large and beautiful rooms, fully equipped facilities like at home, enthusiastic and friendly receptionist. nothing to criticize. Only breakfast needs to alternately change the menu is better. Because my family stayed here for 3 days, breakfast was duplicated

Overview of the hotel is not clean. Not clean air, smell.

Plus; strategic location and cheap. minus; I stayed in the dormitory room which contains 18 bed. There is only 1 shower and 1 adjoining toilet in the room. And the toilet was very smelly. This hostel also smells of cigarette smoke and is dirty (oh yes they have some cats hanging around everywhere) .So, if you are okay with dirty and smell place, you can stay here.

Dirty bathroom, small water, toilet smell uncomfortable atmosphere fixed location very nice, service less good.

Book room is not standard with desire

Had so much fun and joy! Good staff, clean, nice breakfast buffet, great located.

Location: right in the heart of the old town, steps away from the door to meet bustling shops, convenient to walk to Ho Guom, Trang Tien, Dinh Le, bus station, Circle-K stores are everywhere. Staff: speak good English, be nimble, solve problem effectively, serve dorm room: safe, clean, cleaned daily. There are lockers but must be equipped with locks. Regulations: Written in English academic, very clear each item, is posted everywhere, dedicated guide for visitors do's and dont's when to Ha Cabinet. Food: Serves breakfast and beer for free at fixed time. Entertainment: There is a very good bar, great music

Also good, convenient location and affordable

There were insects in the dorm and I got bite marks from them. They were gracious enough to move me to another bed when I told them about it though. Also, they only turned on one AC for a dorm for 20 people and when I asked them to turn another one on, the attendant told me that one is enough.

Good location. Not very clean. Services are flexible for guests, but the service attitude is not very good.

Very convenient, comfortable and fun.
