The hotel and the service were excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel because the pics online made it look clean, located directly across from a beach, and a nice pool area. Well, the rooms smelled like smoke, hair in the shower, carpets were dirty, and the door didn’t close well. We had to report it because it was actually breaking. The maids did come in each day and tidy up which was nice. The front office staff weren’t very friendly, and one gal practically rolled her eyes at me when I asked for an extra room key. The neighborhood was kinda sketchy, didn’t feel safe walking at night. The beach across the street is known by locals as Playa Cochino (dirty/nasty beach). The ONLY redeeming thing about this hotel is their pool! It was clean and updated. The family spent a lot of time out by the pool. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

The room was nice. However, there was wedding being held and event was taking place right over my room and I was not able to get any sleep intil the event was over. While I appreciate that a note was left in the room notifying me about the event, I still think that when events of this type are being held they should not book the room directly below or adjacent because of the noise. When I spoke to reception they were unable move me. I would not stay here again.

La atención en la recepción fue muy buena, el desayuno también, la habitación estaba limpia,,lo que no me gustó es que Si se te olvida y no le dejas propina a las que hacen las habitaciones te bloquean la puerta para que tengas que ir a recepción, muy poco profesional, por lo demás fue todo bien, muy tranquilo

The property is under construction. We were awaken by drilling and pounding. Pigeons pooped and made noises at window the entire time. Also, cats were.all around the property and one must have died because there was decaying smell in the stairwell.

Front desk staff Alex was amazing! We had a late check in, he called us to confirm we were okay and still arriving. When we arrived, he was thorough, thoughtful and kind. Superb service.

This hotel was very basic and we had to stay here due to a flight disruption. Way overpriced for what was provided.

The area was nice however, alot of noise from the cars and motorcycles on the street. The view to the ocean was very nice and the pool area. Staff was courteous and polite. I did not like the room I was given. Not sure if it was a handicap room but I did not request that and I don't like that the water as I took a shower wet the entire bathroom. If it is a handicap room there is little space to move around in a wheelchair. The refrigerator was not working very well and there is no remote to control the room temperature. I had to climb a chair to get up there.

While the room was nice and clean, and the staff was great, the internet was horrible. I came to work in a warm environment yet had to go to a cafe away from the hotel and sit 8 hours working because of the poor internet and sounds of construction at my hotel. I was also told when walking to the beach that the beach was unsafe and people would try to rob me if I went alone (don't know how true this is). So I didn't go to the beach. Additionally, I didn't know there was a loud major highway between me and my "oceanfront" view. If I could have canceled my reservation, I would have. Disappointed I couldn't.

Pues tuve dificultad para hacer el check-in me había dicho por teléfono que lo podía hacer más temprano al llegar al lugar no tenían mi habitación porque la persona que tomó la llama no hizo las anotaciones. Me enviaron a un motel cual yo tuve que pagar porque ellos no se hacían responsable. Era muy tarde en la madrugada yo estaba sola . Y no tan siquiera algo de tomar nada . Pienso que al menos un descuento o algo pero al contrario me cobrarían más caro si cogia una habitación antes de la hora acordado para el check in

I should have warned the pool was under reparations, you go to the Caribbean to be at the pool and the beach!!!

I knew the hotel pool would be under construction during my stay, but I wasn’t prepared for the noise. This is my third time here, and aside from that, everything was great. The hotel itself is fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was both beautiful and spotless.

Everything was a lie. It was disgusting no services known nothing place was like the ghetto. It was the ghetto coming from the ghetto. That looks more beautiful than Puerto Rico. Nothing close Xfinity live did not inform me. There was no pool. There was no dying area on nothing it sucked. My mother passed away. I didn’t want to have some relaxation but everything was like hell get it together Puerto Rico sucks. You guys are covered in the place of nowhere Red land in the place with all these ghetto houses please give me a break.

Very basic hotel. Amazing staff. Beach is just a mins walk away to watch beautiful sunrise. Breakfast was good.
