Petro House has 2 blocks: A is newly built and B is old. Block B is very run down, most of the furniture and the hotel decoration is from 15 years ago. Lobby B is deserted, no air conditioning, block A is a bit more expensive but still better.

No elevator - pillows in the room were told they were out - only enough rooms - only if the room has a surcharge can you ask for pillows, but if the room is small and doesn't have a surcharge then you can't Extremely bad - old hotel

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The room is clean, beautiful and up to standard, close to the center, providing delicious food at reasonable prices.

Room is old and smelly. Breakfast is completely unacceptable. Boil broccoli and carrot was off/stale. Staff told me that it just was overcooked but the smell and taste of overcooked and stale food is totally different. Most of meals are pre-made, not feeling fresh at all. Will never come back and not recommend.

Quá tệ . Giá tiền quá cao với phòng thực tế , thậm chí còn không thể xem được tivi . Gây hiểu lầm cho khách hàng khi đặt vì tìm thông tin về khách sạn thì chỉ thấy nội thất phòng bên khu mới . Tới nơi lại bảo khu mới hết phòng cho qua khu cũ nhìn như khu nhà khách cũ cải tạo lại . Cũng chẳng hỗ trợ khách hàng khi đã nói muốn bù tiền đổi phòng . Dịch vụ quá tệ .
