Apartments are nice and clean

This was exactly what we expected from the pictures. We will stay here again.

The property was clean and modern. The kitchen although small had everything we needed to be able to cook meals. The reception staff were always friendly and thought about the best place for us so my disabled mum was able to access the property easily.

After driving for 7 hours and arriving in 27degree heat, it was very disappointing to find that the air conditioning did not work. Went to reception to ask, however no one was at the desk. Very disappointed.

Great location! Beach, town center, Portaventura and train station nearby.

This property is suitable for only 3 people at most, the photograph of the pool has been adjusted as it is not rectangular, barely 5 foot deep and crowded if 12 people are in it. The reception staff are very rude and the snack bar rarely opens. The sleep quality is terrible as it is located on a main road and there is no sound proofing in the windows. The only positive is it is kept clean by the hard working cleaning staff.

Reception was good and staff friendly but room was in dire need of refurbishment, location ok and relatively close to centre, stayed in Salou lots of times for the rally and will pay more next time to have a better hotel room and half board. Wouldnt book this hotel again.

This was very nice apartment to stay in, nice comfortable beds. Loads of clean towels, would deffo stay here again.

Good location. Near to the beach and shops. Paid for a luxurious room but looked and felt very basic/standard to Me. There was nothing special about this room and it is very much like any other place I have stayed in Salou. Good job I didn’t pay much for this (booked it last minute)

Forget the negative reviews....this was spot on...clean tidy..good size apts 5 minutes from the resort centre/beach...yes you have to pay a £150 deposit cash or card but if you're going to look after the apts/property what's the issue ???....Yes you have to take your own rubbish out..you'd do that at home so what's the issue ??.......Friendly staff throughout the property.....Highly recommended..

The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times ,plenty of clean white towels ,pleasant staff and we really liked the location .I would just say free WI FI was pretty weak and the apartment is missing a full length mirror . I would recommend this hotel especially for the price we paid .

Traffic facing room was very noisy and barking dog next door did not help.

The staff were all very friendly and fluent English. The room was clean, and sufficient for the 2 of us. It had a little kitchenette as well which was very handy! The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't the worst just a little hard. The apt. also had air conditioning which was great at night time! The pool was clean but freezing cold so we didn't go into it.

The receptionists was really helpful and friendly,the room was clean and comfortable good value for the money. A bit of noise during get the night time from the hotel across the road an the cars as is located on a main street but overall a great hotel to spend few days.

booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to Portoventura theme park, wasnt expecting a lot as is was cheap, but was pleasantly surprised . very clean, ample space in the room, with cooking facilities and table with 4 chairs. also bath and shower. only down side was our room was overlooking a noisy road. we were offered a quieter room but at an extra cost. but so tired it wasnt a problem! also not to far from the beach and shops

Close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk and close to shops and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and spacious and the air conditioning was excellent which meant we all got a good nights sleep. Port Aventura was only a 10 minute bus trip away from the hotel. You can walk it but it is along a main road and it is much easier to catch one of the many buses that serve this excellent theme park.
