Staff were amazing and very helpful specially Alina. Room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location is very close to the city center.

Overall, it's a great hotel perfect location, walking distance from everywhere. The rooms were very clean but the room had very strong cleaning soap smell. Regarding the staff well some of them were nice and helpful and some were just the opposite, trying to help as little as they can. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. There are plenty of places nearby to enjoy Brno amazing atmosphere.

One of my favorite hotels. Smooth and effortless check in process, great building and great rooms. It’s a very relaxing place to be.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of the city center. The hotel has a nice spa and an ok size gym. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly.

Love this hotel. Stayed here 3 times during a recent 2-week trip to Czechia. Chose different types of rooms for each stay. Enjoyed them all. Beds are amazingly comfortable and rooms are so relaxing. Staff is friendly and professional. Hotel itself is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and helpful staff Beautiful hotel and good food I would have liked bigger, softer towels, they did not replenish water and the bed was not very comfortable. The foot of the bed was higher than the head. I did not get slippers nor was the q tip amenities replenished. The hotel is in a great location and the staff was excellent!!! In every way Thank you

Everything was lovely. Big beds, wonderful dining, big bathroom, plenty of space in the room. It was situated in a perfect location.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The only problem I had are the beds. Like many hotels they combine two twins to make a larger single bed. However they zip together the mattress toppers and you can easily feel the zipper when you are in the center of the bed. This is not up to the standard of this class of hotel and they should find a better solution.

Although labeled as a small luxury hotel, this actually is quite a grand, sizeable establishment in an elegant, beautifully restored historic building. The foyer is very impressive and we enjoyed the complimentary process on arrival. Our room felt freshly renovated, was large and very well fitted out with high quality toiletries and a nice separate seating area. Breakfast was quite lavish. Central Brno is compact, and we easily walked everywhere, including to and from the train.

Weirdly, the pleasure of a welcome prosecco can be undone by offering it and then ignoring guests who wait 15 minutes for the free drink
