Approach to hotel is very difficult due to heavy traffic

We are bit disappointed with the food from restaurant and breakfast as well.Syed from customer service was very helpful.All the staff are friendly and welcoming .i had high hopes after been to deoghar same brand hotel because that hotel was outstanding in everything.This hotel looks like for business are work travelers

A comfortable hotel near Ahmedabad Junction station. A well spec'd hotel that I have used a few times. Within a few minutes walk of the main station. As with all Indian city hotels it can be a bit noisy, but friendly staff and good facilities.

This is the best location for the traveller who uses the train at Ahmedabad Railway Station. Just a five-minute walk from the hotel to the station. Very convenient.

It was near the Railway station ....all the major tourist attractions were just within a 10 km range ...the staff was very courteous and prompt in their service. Overall it is a good hotel for a short stay.

Excellect location, Spacious room size, Clean wathroom, Helpful staff.

I loved that vasim, (the receptionist at the hotel), told me all the places to see near by and that he got me me a cab and a way to get everywhere i was going. They were all very helpful and accommodating.

I have stayed here at The Ritz Inn a few times now, and it has always been good.

The hotel is clean and comfy and the staff are very friendly and efficient, no complaints at all. The only issue you'll have is crossing the road of death from the railway station to the hotel....

It was good

It was nice stay at RITZ INN this time as well except airport pick-up service which was not done due to late flight arrival and a driver was waiting for me 1 hour and half according to hotel manager's explanation (I think it was beyond my control.)Therefore I took an airport taxi to the hotewhich cost INR500 and no compensation and apology from hotel side.

Some of the furniture is a little threadbare and dated, but overall it was a very comfortable stay, and the 24 hour checkout was very handy because I arrived at 8pm and checked out at 8pm two days later for a 9pm bus. The breakfast buffet was varied and good quality for a medium range hotel.
