Wonderful place if you havent made up your mind, let this be the review to let you know this is the place you want to be!!! Free breakfast buffet, gym, waterpark with reall giant water slide.

The indoor water park was a hit with the kids.

The pool area was fun for my son.

This property is close to the Maverick center and only a 15 minute drive to downtown SLC. Not really within walking distance of any restaurants. free parking for a vehicle.

We reserved this location due to the water slide and kiddy park, we were not informed that the slide was open ONLY on the weekends…. Nothing on the booking website or any mention when we checked in. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. Beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds we have stayed in. My opinion: save your money for a different hotel

I've stayed at lots and lots of hotels. This was 5 stars for families at a 3 star price. The breakfast was great, even the kids ate. The little water park was fantastic. The staff was excellent. The bed was excellent. The room size and fridge etc where all great.

The pool and breakfast was good as always however our room wasnt the cleaniest upon arrival. The light bulb for the lamp nesr the bed was on the table insread of screwed in. There was pieces of food left on the desk and floor from precious guest and i mean big chunks and the worst part was the beds were so uncomfortable. They were so hard and we've stayed here before in a room where the bed wasn't like this so now i know not all rooms are the same comfort wise. Once I got my room key we made our way to our room and they didnt work soni had tongonback downstairs and it the front desk clerk took a long while to come out from the back.

They allowed us to check in a bit early, which was so great! Bathroom ceiling light is out and hand soap dispenser is coming off the wall.

Check in was great but when we got to our room we got all unpacked and started to put some things away in the fridge and realized there was leftover food in the fridge from whoever stayed before us. It smelled and made the whole room smell. I went to call and the phone doesn’t work and bathroom door doesn’t lock. Went down and told them it was by the door and what happened. They offered to change rooms but not to fix the issues or anything else. Also they did not come get the food we swam for 3 hours and it was still by the door smelly when we got back so I had to go down again

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival.

Front desk was very helpful and let me check in early. The room was clean however the tv wasnt hooked up to anything. Fortunately we brought our firestick to watch some tv. The pool was great as always however people were having a party or get together and the hallway area near the pool was a mess. Also the slide was closed but kids were climbing up the slide and making a ruckus. The playground in the pool was goid but bigger kids kept climbing up aa the little ones were playing. Theres not really anyone regulating things but thats in the parents not watching their kids. The breakfast was great. Overall it was a nice stay

The stay was ok. Check in and check out went smooth. This place is pet friendly. With that being said, our room smelled strange when we checked in. We turned on the fan and just said it is what it is. A while later I had removed my shoes and socks and realized that the carpet was damp. I’m assuming that with pets allowed they must have to clean the carpets. Other than that the stay was good.
