Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had at Maitrise Hotel Maida Vale. From the moment we arrived, the service and overall standards were unacceptable. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and lacked even basic courtesy or professionalism. When I raised concerns about the poor WiFi connection, the receptionist sarcastically responded that her own mobile internet was working fine, followed by an inappropriate laugh. Completely disrespectful behavior toward paying guests. The room itself was shockingly small for two people — barely enough space to walk around or open luggage comfortably. The bed size was extremely cramped and made sleeping difficult. The staff tried to justify this by saying all London hotel rooms are like this, which is simply not true. The cleanliness and maintenance were equally disappointing: • Bugs were seen inside the room • Shower area was extremely tiny and not properly cleaned • Wash basin was poorly designed and splashed water everywhere • Toilet flush was difficult to press and badly designed • No tissue box provided • No complimentary water bottles • No additional towels available The overall experience felt cheap, poorly managed, and far below acceptable hospitality standards. For the price charged, this hotel offers terrible value and an extremely uncomfortable stay. I strongly advise travelers to stay away and choose another hotel in London. There are far better options available with professional service and decent living conditions.

this place made our London stay so much better. Good food, good place, very convenient location. Away from all the business yet not so far from central London. After the days trips through the busy streets of london, we loved coming back to our peaceful room in Killburn. Loved it!! Next time we come to London we are definitely staying here💯❤️

The room was spacious and cozy. Heating was perfect for the winter weather. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Carol (the manager). They allowed us to leave our bags in the storage before check-in and after check-out. They also had all-day breakfast which was perfect cos we didn’t have to wake up too early. It’s about 3-5mins walk to the train station. There’s Tesco Express across and a lot of other shops too. They also have Anytime Fitness. Overall, it’s a perfect budget-friendly hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at Maitrise Hotel Maida Vale. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside and a metro station just a few minutes’ walk away, making it very easy to get around London. The room was a OK size for a couple, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only downside was the lack of a fridge, which would have been useful for keeping water or small refrigerated items. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel also offers a gym and restaurant with discounted access for guests. A Tesco Express and other shops are conveniently located right across the street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our time in London. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Carol was incredibly kind and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She had a wonderful attitude and took the time to explain the best routes to reach the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. The hotel is in an excellent location, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and the perfect size. The bed was especially cozy, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. ❤️
