Amazing experience

Apart from breakfast, I liked the hotel

New rennovated property, nice and super accommodating staff. Washroom size is very small compared to rooms. Toilet sheet just next to the door. Limited breakfast options.

Overall a very pleasant experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay all throughout. The room had a cozy atmosphere and the overall vibe felt good. We also had buffet dinner at their restaurant Vyom which was okay and have potential to improve on. The only thing that they should improve is the promptness in response from front desk. While there were multiple people checking in kept the front desk busy they should try to improge reaponse rate for in house guests.

Really nice place to stay

This is a culture shock for me how far Indian hotels have come. The most creative and well done and literally an international experience with an Indian flair. Absolutely loved the stay. The only gripe I have is the taste of the food wasn’t as good as some local experiences were. For the amount being charged, which is extraordinarily excessive for the food in comparison to the local food. The food should have been much better.

Excellent facilities

The hotel was very good. Clean, spacious rooms with good view of hills. The staff was very helpful and polite. Especially the restaurant "Vyom" within the hotel is pretty good. Their Mandir Thali was amazing. The manager at Vyom is the best host I've come across. Their receptionist staff Balasubramaniam helped me to buy Darshan Token. Overall great experience. One thing i would want to caution the fellow travellers - "Don't eat the snacks available in the room" these snacks are sold by the hotel at double the price than what is printed as MRP on them. For eg. I ate a potato chips packet with 75/- rupees MRP, the hotel charged me 150/- rupees taxes for it. While providing the room overview, the staff doesn't explain this "Double charge than MRP" thing, which i found a bit deceptive. My 3 snacks totalled to 889/- !!! Other than that everything was pretty good.
