Room is small

Lovely place looks like a relic of the 70's but still not let that put you off

Hotel staff (reception, concierge and housekeeping) all excellent. Hotel location, cleanliness and decor all first rate. Unfortunately the restaurant staff weren’t quite so good, which let everyone else down, such a shame.

Lovely property. Rooms are small but smartly appointed. Excellent service. Not much else in the area.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel and Spa are lovely. Service is superb. Only complaint would be the rooms are too small and lack storage. However they are beautifully presented.

Nice amenities but the room is tiny and the staff did not accommodate or entertain any requests from my side. For the price we pay i would expect a lot more, and I wpuld expect to be taken care of much better than they did

Great location and spa department. Quite difficult to get food/drinks while using the spa.

Everything about this place is awesome. They really work hard at the details and it shows.

This hotel is beautifully situated by the sea. The little town of Chatelaillon Plage is very attractive with lots of places to eat. (it's a bit far to walk from the hotel though). Rooms are comfortable but not very large. It is worth paying the extra for a sea view (rather than a car park one). Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of good quality food. The set menu in the restaurant was also very good, changing each day. There were no English channels on the TV. The toilet was separate to the bathroom which we found inconvenient. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room but there were paper cups and no spoons. We went to the supermarket to buy 2 mugs and teaspoons.

Un excellent accueil, un excellent service, personnel très attentionné. La chambre est très propre et serait très confortable si elle n'était pas si petite. A deux on n'arrive pas à se deplacer, à peine la place pour faire le tour du lit. La conception de l'hôtel, avec son système de demi-étages, avec des escaliers ou des ascenseurs à prendre constamment, n'est pas idéale, que ce soit pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite âgées ou pour des familles avec des enfants en bas âge. Maagnifique centre aquatique intérieur avec un bassin extérieur communiquant et vue sur l'océan.

Nous tenions à féliciter le personnel dont nous avons apprécié le comportement, Particulièrement attentionné et disponible Il avait beaucoup d’égard en faveur de la clientèle en étant très respectueux de celle-ci et à son écoute Le service au bistrot était un peu long Tarif un peu élevé au regard du contenu des plats AV

Uitstekend gegeten!

Hôtel était jadis superbe avec du personnel qualifié et compétant. Mais ça c était avant … Beaucoup de fioritures pour pas grand chose Chambre bruillante, attente au resto interminable, personnel qui semble ne pas de vrais professionnels… bref au vu du tarif, la valse ne va pas durer longtemps
