The location is great. The property and staff are good and nice. The only issue is that this hotel doesn’t have AC. In the afternoon it was very hot. While the fan provided made it survivable, it was not enough. It cooled off deep in the night/morning. Great for October to April perhaps. Otherwise, book at your own risk.

This place has no air conditioning, and in the middle of the night, someone tried to open my room's door.

The staff ere extremely helpful and welcoming. The location was wonderful - so close to everything. The property is very modern and clean.

Lugar privilegiado, muy seguro, se puede caminar muy tranquilo y comer en muchos lugares.

We like to stay at FlowSuites Polanco when visiting CDMX. As usual, we enjoyed our visit, the staff is really friendly and the room spacious. Our only comment is that this time the suites were booked and we took a regular room. It didn't have a view to the street, it was at the "back" of the hotel and no ventilation, it was extremely hot. The hotel doesn't have AC but it has never been a problem because the suites have proper ventilation through the windows, not in room 103. If you can't add AC please install proper fans in the room and living room.

How is it possible you charge for a lost plastic key?. THis is th third time there is no body lotion in the bathroom and I have to ask for it. Space between bed and window is not enogh to pass thru, everytime I wanted to open the windo I had to ggo over the bed.

Excellent place just need to work on the shower head.
