Only disappointment was the bar / restaurant wes closed, other than that its a lovely place to stay with friendly and helpful staff

Pool area was great

Visited with my partner for 4 nights without our child for the first time. We are regulars for Tenerife and have been for the past 5 years. Booked this as was keeping cost low. Overall the property was really clean and in a good location. Pros; Room was big in size and suitable for what we needed. Free onsite parking was a massive bonus compared to other places we’ve stayed in. Location is ideal for tourists Cons; Communication from the host wasn’t the best - The website is very confusing regarding Air-Con in the room. We checked in late and the room did not have air conditioning. We was offered a portable unit or to upgrade to a ‘superior room’ both for a cost. We also was not told that the poolside bar/cafe was closed for staff holidays for 2 weeks. Whilst I completely agree with allowing the staff to have their well deserved time off, it would have been nice to know this. Due to the bar being closed there wasn’t any way at all to purchase and food or drinks on site. If we had of known this we could have stopped on the way to the hotel and brought stuff with us. We didn’t realise that sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool were a paid for extra. On this occasion we only had 3 full days on holiday so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it we had of brought our daughter and come for a week, €5 for 1 bed and an umbrella per day would of added up. Overall really nice hotel and depending on cost I might stay here again, but would’ve been nice to know more info beforehan

We arrived outwith reception opening times. The night porter security had our keys ready. He showed us to our apartment and explained that we had to be at reception the next morning to check in. The apartment was as described. It was bright, airy, clean and had air-conditioning in the bedroom. The balcony was large and the lounge had 2 sofas. The kitchen was spotless and had all utensils required. The beds were very comfortable. The shower head possibly needs replaced. We were disappointed that we weren't advised that the poolside bar was closed for staff holidays from the 1st to the 20th june. We also didnt like that there were no seats or tables around the pool. You had to hire loungers and parasols. As people who just likes a quick dip a beer whilst drying off then back to the apartment, we found this very poor. We would probably still return due to the safe modern apartment and quiet and flat location but the lack of poolside seating is a massive turn off for us.

Such a friendly and relaxing place to stay. We've now stayed at Paloma Beach twice and we will be booking again soon.

Enjoyed our stay. The pool bar was good but was closing as we were leaving. A little disappointed that it closed about 6pm so there really wasn’t any vibe in the complex. Everything within easy reach though. We had a superior apartment and it had recently been refurbished so it was lovely. Paying 2.5 euros per day for sunbed hire also meant that there were no wars so factor that in to your cost. Overall good would recommend and potentially return.

Amazing stay

Staff were lovely and welcoming , accommodation spotlessly clean and pool was warm. Plenty of sunbeds perfect location for LC will be back!

It’s was very clean and exactly as seen on the website, friendly staff and just the whole apartment was great well equipped and easy access to the beach and Los Cristianos Centre

It was a self-catering apartment in a good location within 20mins walk to the marina and beach area

Clean spacious apartment good facilities fridge , microwave , toaster , kettle ,sink , oven , hob ,cutlery , large TV ,dining tables in lounge and on balcony , large settee ,power shower in all respects a little home from home .

No major complaints, everything great, Minor issues, jacuzzi luke warm, onsite parking bonus but limited at night but managed to find some most days, Hot Water markers on shower and kitchen mixer taps need relabelling clearly as hot water goes from 50c to boiling hot within 3 seconds of turning on so be very careful or will get scolded if you turn on hot tap mixer by mistake first as not labelled clearly hot from cold. Other than tgat, all was good to excellent accomodation and facilities

The apartment had everything we needed. The pool area is lovely and its all kept clean. We were on the first floor, which meant we had private loungers which was great. Unfortunately you need the windows open for some air, and it was really quite noisy. We also got a note through our door telling us to be quiet, when we were really quiet (couple no kids) and had only been there a few hours!

We had a lovely stay at Paloma beach. The apartment is nice and spacious. Our only concern that we stayed for 7 days and the bed sheets were never changed, not even once! They told us that they change it every 5 days but that never happened.
