Too bad for a room that costs 2tr900k, dirty and smelly

Near the MRT, next to Starbucks and Olive yung 7-11, near Myeongdong, a 10-minute walk, with many bus lines passing by. The rooms are clean, with clear wet and dry separation. It is a peaceful area, not chaotic. Walk a bit and there will be food around the hotel.

Sometimes TV likes not to function, hot water is sometimes not there (even though the weather is really cold) but overall, the service is super responsive every time I complain.
