Have stayed here three times now and definitely our go to when travelling through Coffs. The rooms are large and comfortable. Check in is super easy. One road back from the highway so a little quieter. Easy to walk into town for dinner/groceries/coffee. Also has an EV charger on site which is fantastic for us.

We’ve stayed here multiple times now, usually in the villas out the back, and overall it’s always a great experience. The location is perfect, the villas are consistently clean, and it’s a really comfortable place to stay. The only downside for us is the lounge in the living area. It’s quite uncomfortable and hasn’t changed over the years we’ve been visiting. Given how nice everything else is, updating it to something more comfortable, like an L-shaped lounge, would make a big difference, especially for relaxing after a long day. Aside from that, we really enjoy staying here and would definitely come back again.

I have stayed here 4 times and it is the best place around. Clean Safe and outstanding customer service. Specially Caleb on the front desk today who has looked after me very well. Well done to all the staff and team. Jonathan

This motel is in a very convenient location, and the room was clean. However, the soundproofing was very poor. We could hear everything — the toilet flushing, engines starting outside, and noise from the rooms next door and above. It was extremely noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, I would not recommend staying here.

I only want a few things when staying in a hotel/motel: 1. Clean room; 2. Comfortable bed; 3. Good shower; and 4. Reliable internet At this venue I got 3 of the 4. Internet was terrible. It dropped out around 4pm and was intermittent thereafter. I expect better from a venue that promotes itself as 4-Star.
