This property is very convenient and walkable to central Ponta Delgada. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. I had an ocean view but know that all rooms have the harbor in front view. There was no noise from other guests or outside the hotel, making it a peaceful stay. I would stay here again!

Very accommodating. They made our stay very pleasant and always tried to answer all questions. The suggested tour guide was fantastic.

Wonderful check in and room. I was disappointed that I was not immediately offered my Expedia credit and then couldn’t use for my mini bar purchase. The checkout weren’t very polite about it when I asked too.

Honestly a fabulous stay. Impeccable service, a fantastic room with a balcony. Quiet even though at the port. Breakfast was great. The beds were so comfy. A few minutes walk to restaurants and a perfect spot to be picked up for tours and taxis. A bottle of water for free in the room every night. Beach towels for free. Just a wonderful stay. I have absolutely nothing bad or sad to say. Thank you so much for a great stay.

This is a fine hotel in an excellent location. The staff is very attentive and professional. The only negative, and it is a slight one, is that the property is beginning to show its age. Wouldn't hesitate to come again.
