The helpful kindness of the staff from first to last, including the check ups via text, were excellent. The food and drink in the resto was delicious. Room was very spacious and the shower and tub room combo was an unexpected treat. The daily wine bar happy hour with truffle oil popcorn served by staff was unexpected and delightful. A plus all around

The ladies at the front desk were really nice and helpful and every time we entered and exited the hotel, nice gentlemen would open the door for us. We appreciated that. They had free wine in the lobby between 5 and 6pm, we thought that was cool. However, the deadbolt lock for our room was not functioning properly, so we couldn't use it to latch and lock the door. The menu wouldn't allow us to see any room service options on the TV, so we didn't end up ordering the room service we wanted while we stayed. The remote was tough to use, the button had to be pressed really hard to function. There was no menu or number for the restaurant/food in the room. The cordless room phone to call the front desk was also not working. The switches for our room lights were in weird spots and the dimmable lights would flicker with dimming. The bed was comfy but the jetted tub was awesome and made this hotel room worth it to me, There should be a railing on or near the tub though, it felt easy to fall and dangerous to get in and out of it. At least a slip proof mat would help. Even with these critiques we had a very pleasant stay and would def stay here again.

Night out in the city with my husband. Kimpton was in a great location, The room was spacious enough for a city hotel. and the bed was very comfortable.

Kind staff and clean room

Check in was quick. Room was quiet. Room 1801 warning: DON’T stay in this room. The bed, oh the bed was terrible! Both queen beds were horrible. The mattresses were completely broken down and should have been replaced long before today. Rolling to the other side was like an uphill battle only to find the other side was also broken down. My pain level is now at a 6 and can’t stand up straight because my back hurts so bad. My husband’s back is just as painful.

The restaurant inside of the hotel, breakfast lunch or dinner you cannot go wrong! Food and drinks were amazing 👏 Also the staff was very generous and helpful. It was my birthday week and they made it memorable, especially Nile and the bartender and the front desk ladies 💜 I can't wait to come back.

The staff is excellent and top notch. The room seems a little dated but it's clean. Plenty to do in the area. All on foot, traffic is horrible down here.

Great jacuzzi suites

For the amount of money I paid for one night, my room was subpar. It had some kind of water damage on the ceiling, ripped curtains and there was nothing special about it. I was seriously let down by this property.

The room was very nice. One thing that surprised me was that they charge each guest a 28$ amenities charge. It’s pointed out quickly when you check in. We didn’t use any amenities because we were only there for one night. You get charged whether you use it or not so use it!

Location is excellent and staff are great.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff as well as the charm of the building itself. The gym was also quite nice despite its smaller size.
