** Parking lot ** There is a shuttle service from the parking lot to the hotel entrance. We parked the car and went to call a car. The staff told us to wait first and followed the car that had just arrived even though it had not parked or gotten out of the car. As for those who walked out to wait in front, we had to wait. In the end, we had to walk by ourselves. ** Check-in point ** Very slow. Only 2 lanes were opened even though there were many people waiting. We went to the room at 5:30. ** Guest room ** Not all the equipment was provided according to the number of guests. Extra beds were added for 3 people in 2 rooms. Only 2 sets of toiletries were provided in both rooms. Other areas, such as the water park, were fun for children. Suitable for families with children. The restaurant was overall good with a variety of food.
