Check in staff was exceptional

Perfect stay at a perfect hotel. Staff were wonderful. I was so very impressed. Honestly, this place is a gem. Hotel is located perfectly, just 20 yards from Lila Torg. Malmo C is five mins walk. Check in was a dream. Chap on reception was excellent. He was the benchmark all other hotel chains should aspire to - he was really that good. The room on 4th floor (427) was amazing. Two perfect nights sleep. Breakfast loads of choice and the amazing staff working the breakfast shift were always happy, cheerful and doing everything they could to help. I do not say this lightly, but they were the best breakfast buffet team I have seen anywhere in the world. I wish all hotels were as brilliant as this one. Book this place with confidence, you will be delighted. I will be visiting Malmo again soon, and I will not hesitate to book this hotel. Thank you 😊

Nice hotel, very centrally located. Very nice staff, booked a small room but upgraded to a superior and it was well worth it. Very big room. Beds a bit soft but that’s a matter of taste. Breakfast is very good.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large, well equipped and v comfortable. Breakfasts were v good with multiple & plentiful options. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Location is amazing, right in the middle of everything, 10 mins or so walk from the central station, yet quiet, really good value for money considering breakfast is included (and a lot of options). Room is spacious. I was not expecting the size to be that big. They have a 'Pillow Menu' where you can choose pillows that suits you best. Staff super attentive, friendly and welcoming. Will be returning for my next stay

All great - but the gym was shut.

Check in was very quick. Easy to find the room. Rooms were very spacious and had everything needed. Constant coffee available in reception was a great tough. Breakfast had a huge variety of food and the staff very helpful finding out about allergies. The whole experience was brilliant. Very central, quick to get to from the station and within walking distances to all main sights and restaurants.

Overall nice stay. Good value for Money with breakfast included. Upgraded to the superior balcony room, room was very well appointed. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Excellent location, close to central station and bars and restaurants. Only downside no real bar at the hotel so no communal areas to relax. Breakfast was ok.
