The Hair Dryer is broken. ok location, close to Nonthaburi LRT station.

The advantage is convenient, next to the mrt at the lobby, decorated to look new. Nice staff, good service Especially the porter, an old man who doesn't know his name. But the room looks old and shabby especially the bathroom. At first, he came in to look new and luxurious. When I found the shabby room, I was quite disappointed. Breakfast is a little tasteful enough.

The dirt is old I rarely press down. The bathroom was not very clean. Cleaning is a request.

Good service staff But there is a problem with wifi signal

Good service staff enter the room with 1 seasonal fruit for 2 bottles of drinking water. The bathroom is hot-cold water system. Electric control system at the box next to the bed.

Near the convenient travel station. Breakfast is good but the air in the room is not cold.

No hair-drier was available for my room even it has in the equipment list.

The receptionist is not courteous. I couldn't find my name. I made a confusing face like we entered the wrong hotel. When I found out that we didn't pay before, I thought about it again. Did we take a credit card to hide it? When we protested that it was paid and laughed. Credit card is not returned. Don't apologize Buffet breakfast Employees talk to each other. The cutlery didn't come out. Not interested in the guests

- The hotel didn’t get any reservation that I had made and paid from online booking! I had to deposit 2,500 THB cash only. Beware of this!!! + I requested double bed (2 adults 1 children < 11 year old) so when I arrived at lately night the hotel did not prepare room for me. Firstly they asked me for made twins bed closed together. It was lately night I didn’t want to wait. They upgraded room for me. - after I checked in the front called me (lately night....) and asking how tall my children!!! She said if taller than the counter height I had to pay for one extra bed!! Then I had to pay and wait room service for bringing it. I recalled the hotel policy that I knew before and called back to telling her “under 11 year old stays free of charge when using existing bed” why I had to pay? She asked for checking again then called back to saying apologize and no charge for extra bed. Free of this I didn’t want
