Beautiful property. Can't wait to go back

A wonderfully immersive experience! Whether you want to enjoy the beautiful pools & spa or trek further afield to visit the sweet nearby towns and trullis, the Borgo is the perfect place to be situated. From the beginning we were well taken care of by Giovanni the concierge, Ciro our on-site ‘mentor’, and the lovely La Frasca breakfast waitress from Locorotondo who provided dinner recommendations in our village. Can’t wait to go back!

This is a most spectacular property. They have thought of everything. Every amenity. Most incredible is the staff. Every attention to detail, getting to know each guest personally, promptly responding to every need. The food was outstanding. The cocktails and bars creative and delicious. This is one of the best resort properties in the world.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service. Nothing was a problem, and the staff often went above and beyond. Rosa and her team looked after my pregnant partner at breakfast every single day, as if we were family! The facilities, location, staff and accommodation are all five-star. We'll be back!

We stayed at a lot of nice hotels on our travels through Italy and Malta, but Borgo was a real stand out. The surroundings and facility is next level. It is a real experience from arrival and all the way through your stay. Everyone went above and beyond. I regret not pre-booking spa time, as it was booked up when we arrived. I really liked the interaction with a personal concierge over Whatsapp. I was able to ask questions and she helped with some local advice for travels to Lecce and booked us an amazing restaurant in Fassano. This property is a gem in Puglia.

Amazing hotel at decent price when off season. Free pilates, yoga, kids club and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was phenomenal. I have travelled many places but this is pure luxury at affordable price in a wonderful location. We will definitely come back.

A truly world class hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular went above and beyond normal expectations. The property is very well situated to explore the many must see towns in Puglia. Would advise to rent a car

This hotel is amazing. The architecture and the decor are stunning, like nothing I have seen before. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until you leave. We did not go to the restaurants, but we did have a delicious ice-cream at the Gelati. Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little plastic bottles were delivered to the room. Having said that i can’t wait to come back, this hotel is just wonderful

What a beautiful hotel. Amazing efficient service. Lovely pools. Like much and dinner quite pricey but to be expected in such a high end resort.

Strcuture was absolutely stunning, room comfort and room service not up to standard yet. Bed and Pillows were just not good.

Excellent and unique property, and we had an excellent stay overall. Our only suggestion is to improve the food and the consistency of the dishes for both room service and at the restaurants.
