I reserved a room with an ocean view and balcony. When I got there they gave me room 508, and the balcony door would not open. They tried to stick me with it and only after 30 minutes of arguing they gave me another room

Door room key cards did not work. Air in the room did not work. Microwave dirty. Refrigerator dirty.

I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, the waffles were a big hit with my group, 10/10 on the free breakfast, the beach area was nice, the only real issue that I had was the key cards had to be replaced multiple times while we were there, and it was a great location for the price.

Best hotel stay ever. The check in was smooth. Front desk personnel greeted us and gave us a goodie bag when we checked in.

Pet friendly hotels so dogs were everywhere. Dog barking on my floor in the middle of night. Brief but loud enough to wake me. Carpet in room had old stains and the entrance to the hotel needs cleaning and pressure washing. I use to enjoy staying here but this was my last stay. They also charged me $20 for parking for one night.

It was nice, everyone was helpful only thing is the room cleaning is only once every couple of days, at 9am and if you tell them no thanks(my whole family was still asleep and the knocking woke me up)they don’t come back

Beach access was easy and wonderful view.

Hotel was fine, clean rooms and staff was nice. There is a condo going up right next door as of Memorial Day 2025 so if you like to sleep past 7am may want to look elsewhere for now

I enjoyed my stay there.Had fun, enjoyed the hot tub the other guests were very friendly. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and contact me with text messages to make sure that everything was okay with me. I will come back to this hotel on my next vacation getaway. Thanks To everyone of the employees at this hotel.
