This hotel is very well maintained with quite new equipment in the kitchen. AC was great in that period and easy to set up and modify according needs. Bed was great and bathroom was large. The hotel is well located about 15-20 min walking fistyto main city attraction. The breakfast was classic but enough. Staff was very professional and great. I definitely recommend this hotel in Béziers

The hotel itself is clean and very good location. The car park was full and the air conditioning didn’t work spoke with reception and wasn’t useful at all. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

No where to leave bags as no one at the hotel till 1500 we arrived on a Sunday. Room was dirty, and not cleaned in our 2 night stay. The shower gel ran out on the first day and not replaced. I wouldn’t stay again.

I can’t tell you what the residences are like, because I wasn’t able to stay there. With my car loaded with a dog and camping equipment I booked a studio and sent a message about the dog and the need for a parking spot. I did not receive any reply, however I did receive the automated message about check in. I couldn’t park near the reception to check in, as the street is small and there was nowhere to stop. I found the car park and attempted to speak with someone over the intercom. I spoke with 3 people possibly and kept getting cut off. When I did speak with someone, they very curtly told me I hadn’t sent a message and I would need to find public parking. Had I known I wouldn’t be able to park, I wouldn’t have booked this accommodation in the first place. Very disappointing attitude and no effort to speak to me in person or be more understanding.

Pratique bien situé confortable

A bit institutional at first glance, none of the usual carpeted corridors. Facilities, form and function very good indeed, not so much on the aesthetics. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is ok, a short hike to the main walkway, station not to far away, but not the most upmarket part of Beziers.

Excellent welcome. Attentive staff. Very clean and quiet establishment.

This is a rather spare and utilitarian place somewhat off of the main section of town. It’s fine if you are used to walking as it is about 4 blocks from the main area of town where people stroll a main walkway and plaza. The property has the basics; fridge, microwave, cooktop and TV. It is not upscale in any way but is serviceable. Didn’t do the breakfast but looked at it and it looked good. It has A/C but it is anemic and we struggled a bit to get the place cool enough.
