Great location. Modern bathrooms. Could really do with an outdoor area to sit down and have a tea. Beds are terrible. Much too firm. And the Japanese restaurant was not great food or ambience. Also the staff was a bit unknowledgeable and didn’t solve my 2 simple questions (booking a car and extending my stay) quickly and efficiently. It was a long drawn out fiasco of standing in the lobby and waiting for 15 minutes each time. I won’t be staying here again

A lovely, quiet hotel blocks from the Marble Arch tube stop and situated right between Hyde and Regent’s Park. The staff was helpful and accommodating, the rooms spacious by London standards, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom especially lovely (heated toilet seats! Who knew!). Would definitely be excited to stay here again.

Superb breakfast and very reasonably priced. The hotel is in a very central location and we love the aesthetics.

As always a haven of calm in the wonderful rush that is London. The team are all wonderful…kind and genuinely invested in making your stay perfect. The restaurant never disappoints…delicious.

Big shout out to Kelsea the front desk manager! She’s super sincere, wonderful service and remedied our feedback instantly. Made us feel seen and heard. She deserves due recognition! There should be more individuals in the service like her!

This is a lovely hotel and I rebooked it because of the lovely experience I previously had. Unfortunately I could not say the same for this trip. None of the VIP services were observed and the hotel was at maximum occupancy with other guest getting preferred treatment . Such a shame

Had a lovely stay at The Prince Akatoki. Would recommend. Room was very nice and clean with thoughtful touches. Staff were helpful. The hotel is close to Marble Arch tube stop, which is convenient, but it wasn't as centrally located for some things we did like seeing a show/tourist sites/etc. Breakfast was nice. There were options for an English breakfast and a Japanese breakfast. Both were good but pricey. They didn't have a good option for a quick, light breakfast.

Overall it' s a good stay and experience but the details are not up to par to a 5 star hotel. Some of the staff are really nice and super helpful. Breakfast is good but again not memorable and the room, though a superior, was a shoebox .
