Great stay with great rooms

Weve stayed at the Hotel Rialto a few times now. It has a great location with decent rooms.

Excellent location and a lovely quiet room. Parking is offsite but available for an extra charge. Restaurant and lounge were very nice.

Beautiful hotel and great location! Room and bathroom were clean and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. 100% will be return to this hotel when we come to visit

Good central location to downtown sites

The hotel is beautifully situated and the rooms are spacious Staff was very thoughtful at check in and great restaurant attached to the hotel.

We had no housekeeping the last day despite being assured they would tend to the room. Also, there was a weird smell when we walked into the room. Not sure if its related but the bathrooms have no fans. Outside of that, nice, clean place.

The Hotel Rialto is a lovely boutique hotel with a great restaurant and bar attached. Centrally located, the Hotel Rialto is close to the downtown attractions and great restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Rialto is a wonderful hotel, I found it to be be very clean and beds comfortable. The front end staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back to the Rialto.

Check in good however we had an overweight vehicle so parking a nightmare Check out good except the morning front desk seemed not to know about this and seemed annoyed

Lovely hotel with great access to various activities downtown and Victoria Harbour.

The staff was very nice

We were on the 3rd floor overlooking the streets but it was soundproof so no street noise. And no sound of other guests during our stay. The black out curtains and the comfy beds made for a good night’s sleep.

Small but clean rooms in a convenient location. Staff were friendly. No amenities, their website mentions access to a local gym, though this was not relayed upon check-in. Check-in is only after 4pm and our room was not available earlier.

Was upgraded to a junior sweet. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
