There is no hotel parking , need to look for public parking instead .

Great hotel, close to everything. Staff were super friendly and helpful, cleaning staff did an awesome job. Would highly recommend!

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Having free coffee pods and a Lavazzo machine was great, along with 2 cans of San Pelligrino lemonade.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at Hotel Rialto. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with warm smiles and efficient service. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised to find my room was ready early. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay — including a cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my visit, and every staff member I interacted with was courteous and professional.

Loved this boutique hotel in downtown Victoria. Close to everything. Walked from seaplane terminal in harbour.

The hotel had a really nice ambiance and helpul and friendly staff.

It was a decent room! But I will never stay there again the parking situation is terrible! And the noise at night wasn’t great either!

The room had bad smell like s....x, and the check in was terribly they want charge me twice

The location was great for shopping and getting to the harbor and other top sites. The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. They even accommodated storing our dog’s food in their freezer. The room was very clean with a huge bathroom, but our room was next to the ice maker and made lots of noises throughout the night. Also the bed creaked every time we shifted. But overall, it was a great experience.

Great staff, meal at hotel restaurant and on point recommendation for John’s breakfast just up the street. Area a little sketchy in the evenings but otherwise a great place to stay in Victoria.

The hotel Rialto was in a perfect location(one night they filmed a scene for a Hallmark movie outside the hotel). we were able to walk to all points of interest. We did the junior king suite and loved the amount of room we had. If we have the chance to come back to Victoria we will definitely stay here again!

It was very nice! The heated bathroom floor was pretty good!

Staff was extremely accommodating. Room was clean, but did have a bit of a smell. Since our room was by a busy street, we did hear a lot of noise at night.

Front desk was very good and helpful. The hotel is stunning.
