Very clean and very friendly staff

El hotel señala que es Pet Friendly pero no que te cobraran. El pago es muy alto y no lo mencionan en ningún momento. Fuera de eso es buen hotel.

Todo limpio y buen trato y desayuno

Todos son super amables, check in / out fácil y rápido.

La limpieza es terrible en las habitsciones. Se nota que no han sacudido en meses ya que las sillas y la mesa tienen una capa de polvo, además los baños estan llenos de cabellos. Las alfombras de los pasillos se ven super viejas y desgastadas

Parece ser que hay falta de personal ya que no se dan abasto para limpiar y atender a todos. Aun asi el personal que atienede es amable

The hotel is clean. The staff was nice and helpful and could help with the translation of the paperwork where I was struggling.

Blanket very thin and it was a bit cold at night. Hair on the shower floor. Overall good stay.

Está algo descuidado, pero no mas de lo que necesitas en viaje de 1 noche. El desayuno muy bueno.

Location is good for business but there are not food options around .. is very frequently they have WiFi troubles and no internet access. The technical support takes one day to fix it. If you are in a hurry better use your own data package .

We had some little problems to access internet. It showed intermittence in the operation and eventually we could not connect in the first attempt.

They have a reception at night, but they don't refill anything. So if you show up a little late, everything's gone. they didn't have sugar for the coffee one morning, and I informed them. Next morning still no sugar. the wireless internet kept cutting in and out, not good when you're traveling for business.
