Very comfortable, clean, and good location.

This property was not walking distance from the dunes as described. It was comfortable, the pool area was nice and the breakfast was good.

This was one of the worst stays we have had. The location was not that great, however we knew it would be loud because of the freeway traffic. The bathroom fan was so loud and went on automatically when we turned the light on. The Netflix capability wasn't available because "they only turn it on in certain rooms"? And if we wanted to use our account, we would have had to move to another room. A bit odd. Tried to get help from front desk but the person was on personal call or scrolling but did not pay attention until we called attention to it.

We arrived an hour before official check in and a room was ready for us. When we got to the room it was a nice room however it was not clean. They did move us to a different which was clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular but good. The staff was friendly. We would possibly stay here again. The drive to the hotel from the dunes was a pretty quick and easy drive.

This property was very close to the Indiana Dunes National Park! Breakfast was tasty, staff were very helpful and responsive. Enjoyed the hot tub as well.

The pool, staff, and food were nice. The only thing was how dirty things hotel room were. There were cob webs with bugs by the window. The chair by the window were dirty. The bathtub looked like no one cleaned it. I had checked the bed before taking a good look at everything and due to the beds being fine I did not want to change rooms. I do hope that they are able to get a bedbug protector on each of the bed because ours did not have one ,but again due to me having a bed check the beds looked new so it was no big deal at that time. When I was about to take a shower I noticed on the shower curtain there were very disgusting old booger looking things on it so when we took a shower we did not use the shower curtain. Overall the only issue was the bathtub and cob webs (we did not use the chair) however we were just staying one night so we were able to over look those issues. The one thing I did forget to do was inform the front desk person of these issues so he would be made aware and that’s on me.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

I went as a relaxation day before going back to work. The staff was kind and friendly.

The Netflix was not working. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Paid extra for a late check out. Was told I could leave by 5 pm. Staff was knocking on my door and basically telling me to get out at 2 pm. Will not be back. Ever.

They’re missing the details. The upkeep of the property, bland breakfast, smell of marijuana, smelling spicy food around the hotel. Too many people in the pool so we never swam. The beds were comfortable though.

The good: friendly staff, has a hot tub, rooms were clean. Rate is affordable. Has a hot breakfast but the food was only ok. The bad: no towels in pool area. Pool is very small so it got crowded. Pool area is extremely slippery and sloped down away from the wall in parts so its dangerous.

we had to change rooms cause the floor wasn’t vacuumed an there was throw up on it. There was no conditioner, water wasn’t hot it was barely warm. The hot tub wasn’t hot
