Clean, comfortable room and nice breakfast buffet.

We had no coffee pods for coffee pot in room. Beautiful buffet in lobby. Also, there was an empty shower gel container in shower. Front desk did offer to bring some to room, but we had already showered.

Upon arrival the hotel was unexpectedly under construction. My room was dirty including dirty linen in the restroom, hair on the bathroom floor, hair behind the entrance door, tv was broken, elevator was broken while being on the 5th floor, washer was broken, room across the hall door stayed open the entire stay with a horrible smell. Front desk was notified.

The entire facility is under construction, elevator went out (we were on 5th floor) the washer / dryer out of service, dirty linens in the bathroom upon check in, hair in bathroom floor as well as behind the door, tv went out 5 mins of being in the room. When we notified the staff of findings we were told “we have no other rooms.” I would love to speak with management at any time. Front desk said they would leave my name and number for the facility to call, we have yet to hear from them.

The staff was wonderful. The A/C control in our room was old and outdated.

The reason for the 3 stars was because it was currently under new construction. Other than that, It was a good experience.

Lobby construction made the lobby a mess and almost couldn't get to the elevators.

The hotel was under intense construction while we were there. We were not told of the construction before we booked the hotel so when we got there, it was a surprise. However, they worked hard to accommodate, and we’re all very very kind. I’m sure the hotel will be beautiful once the construction is done.

I had to check out around 4:45 am and there was nobody at the desk. I used the hotel contact number to call hoping somebody would come to the desk. An employee did come to the desk while the phone was ringing.

On a roadtrip, only stayed one night. Staff was very welcoming and polite. The area is super convenient gas stations, shops and food. The breakfast choices were excellent. They are remodeling but no one was working while we were there. We would definitely visit again.
