I was very disappointed with the desk clerk upon my arrival. We arrived early so I understood that we had to wait until check in time. He made us wait for 4 hours. The other problem I had was that our room key stopped working after the first day. I needed to use the bathroom immediately and couldn’t get into my room. I don’t want to go into what happened. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he would be in later. He never made any attempt to contact me later. I will never stay at this place again. I will also stop using Expedia in the future.

not up to former standards.neither ice machines have been fixed for at least 13 months. Not up to marriot standards.

Check in was quick. Staff was super friendly.

It is a place that covers all of the basics. It is perhaps the most generic hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything is as "beige" and nondescript as possible. It is not bad. It is just that the hotel has zero personality. However, if you are looking for a clean, reasonably located place to sleep at night, then this hotel will do just fine.

The bathroom had a bad smell

We stop for one night on our way to and from our winter home. It is clean, convenient and easy

2nd time staying here. It was good again and dog friendly. Only problem was no hot water and it was cold that night. Mexico and their water issues. FYI it's 2024. Get it together already. It's just water. There's no shortage of it.

Property nice and clean, personnel was very nice.
