Good stay for the price, reception girls lovey shame about the steak house joined to hotel as we were told didn’t need to book but stood waiting for a staff member to speak to us. Eventually she came over and said they were busy even though there were several empty tables. Then sat in the bar were other people went in and got seated.

The Air Conditioner is centrally controlled at the reception. They turn it on when they feel you need AC. I was hot in my room but as it was not on, I had to open the window to get cool air. I found this weir.

30 min waiting for check-in, then 5 pages of personal details to be filled into an Ipad. At 20 o'clock I was refused food at the restaurant (as: "the kitchen was stopped" despite of free seats. Complain did nothing as the restaurant "is a separate business" so they could not care less about hotel quests. Nevver again

Rooms were very clean. Wish there was a Uhb port to charge my phone. Nice pillows, bed covers. Room was a bit warm but we were able to open a window.

A fabulous hotel, reception was friendly, helpful, a smiling welcome. Rooms are lovely good size, we had a front street view, quiet area at night, hardly any disruptive traffic, so you can leave windows open at night. No aircon in our room, but there is a fan for air circulation which is all you need. I love the soft sound of the church bells in the morning, a gentle wakeup call. Good variety for breakfast, lots of natural light in the dining area, roomy. Easy walk into town, to bus area, close to Taun River for lovely walks. Recommend to come back and stay in this hotel and this lovely town, very peaceful.

I contacted the property two days ahead and tried to cancel my stay and there was no reply, resulting in me getting charged for my night there. There was no communication online

Excellent, clean, warm and friendly hotel with amazing customer service in a winderful town of Wels. Highly recommend when on a holiday or just passing through.

The front desk employee who checked me in was EXCEPTIONAL. Google maps kept me circling your neighborhood and someone came out to help me. Beyond exceptional. Check out was disappointing as the employee was not helpful. Overall good. Thanks

Good facility, clean. No air condition very hot ON-line chack-in did not work for 2 of booked rooms. Good location near to town center. Parking sufficient be aware derty and slippy surface in garage. important for motorbikes.

Room didnt have ac it was so hot had to keep window open.

Very nice responsive staff. Clean. Easy access to the train station and other commercial activities such as restaurants. Safe. Some remodeling going on but not inconvenient. Easy to check in and check out. Great prices.

Stayed for just one night during European driving trip. The room was very clean, nothing to complain about. The hotel is located close to the city center and there is free public parking available nearby during second part of Saturday and whole Sunday. Haven't tried the breakfast.

Nice hotel. Was traveling to Viena and stopped there for one night. Staff was very amable. Parking is extra.
