A beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of town

Pretty good overall, only thing is the shower is way too small. Barely can get in so if you are overweight, you may have a problem taking a shower.

Comfortable, large room and bath. Very good location. Lovely and attentive staff. Some drawbacks - shower was a bit difficult to use, electricity to TV did not work, breakfast was expensive.

The Hotel is centrally located & the views from the roof are amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly despite me not being able to speak Italian. I wish I was there during warmer weather and got to enjoy the views from the roof garden. The indoor garden looked like a place they host events such as a wedding. The products in the bathroom are top notch, plus robes & extra towels are much appreciated. My only wish was an outdoor window, but I understand it was an older building. I really appreciated the parking garage to park the car and just walk around the city. As a solo woman traveler, I feel very safe in this friendly city.

Good staff, good location for walking Benevento centro

Great location. Nice room, plumbing is a bit dated.

Parking too expensive. Breakfast too expensive. Walls are paper thin. Noisy comrade in adjacent room kept us awake most of the night.

The carpet in the hallway on the floor where my room was located is quite worn and dirty. The shower in the bathroom is very small, making it uncomfortable to use, and it was loose from the wall. The price of the breakfast seemed very expensive to me, 18 euros for what they serve.

This was a pit stop from Rome to the coast. So glad they had secured parking. Walkable area to town and worth the stop for the history in the area. Good restaurant selections. Room average, but nice and clean. Staff was wonderful. Roof top view beautiful.

Very convenient location, walking distance to most of the attractions and close to many excellent restaurants in Benevento. Very nice rooms, clean, rooftop bar with a beautiful view and available parking. Friendly and accommodating staff. Marco went above and beyond.

Just steps from the great Arch of Trajan, this is a convenient hotel with nice rooms and excellent staff. There is a very good traditional restaurant close by. And a hotel parking garage. It was perfect for us. Benevento was really worth the stop.
