Great location but the hotel is in desperate need of an update. Rooms were clean enough but comfort and amenities were lacking.

Located close to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Good location for train and central Modena. The staff were friendly, rooms are a bit tired. The room safe did not work and the wifi did not work. I did not try their breakfast but very good cafe 20m away.

The hotel is run-down and outdated. It needs a refresh, but it’s clean, well-located, and acceptable for 1 night. The woman working at the desk during the day needs to realize she is in the hospitality industry. I’m surprised this location is offered by hotels.com

Very close to center city Modena

Poor hotel, a/c not working, asked for help, nothing was done to resolved the problem, we did not sleep well, room was too hot.

Well located Hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms well appointed, rooms a bit dated but definitely characterful. Overall a good choice if you want a city centre hotel, only a few minutes walk from the Railway station.

Wifi was not available in the room we were staying in, simply the signal didn't reach the room. The bathtub drainage was clogged. Breakfast is Italian sort of breakfast, no vegetables, mainly sweets. Girls at the reception desk were friendly but unable to help about any of the inquiries we had and problems I listed above. Location is good, walking distance to the city centre and train station

WiFi sucked.

Convenient, safe, close to train station, Enzo, Maserati, a car rental place, and the city square.

Perfect for an overnighter. Ideal location for the Enzo Ferrari museum. Room was nice size and clean. Great price. Thank you so much.

Nice vicinity, easy to get transportation

A lot of noise from adjoining rooms. No cable to the kettle which wasn't rectified in a 3 night stay. Good location close to station and short walk into centre. Tiny bathroom decorated 80s style

Old property that has not been upgraded, typical smell of old building. Old and redundant furniture, toilets and matteresses, even sheets and tovels need replacement, only welcoming thing was person at front desk
