Walkable to the station and nice room. Had requested a double and got 2 twins but the beds were very comfy and bedding lovely. It was perfect for what we needed and we would stay again.

I have stayed here many times before. Excellent location across from Amsterdam Centraal and the City Centre.

Amazing stay

The A-Train Hotel was a very nice hotel extremely close to the Amsterdam Central Train Station, which is the reason I booked it. The staff was very polite and friendly, though the actual room was small, but very comfortable. Shower small, but water pressure nice. Breakfast light, but nice coffee machine. Overall, if traveling thru or staying in Amsterdam for a few days on your own, A-Train Hotel is an excellent locale. Location and staff efficiency is more important than amenities.

Will give a more detailed review later, but I/we absolutely loved this place. We space 10 days in Europe, last being in Amsterdam , & this was by far the best part of the trip, The location is perfect. It is tight next to a huge grocery store where they sold 4 packs of ducks for 6 euros. The train station was a 5 min walk & the closest tram was 5 min. When we come back, we will definitely stay here. Coffee, water, hot cocoa, tea, & ice available at no additional charge 24/7… where ele se in Europe can you get this? Breakfast was included too. Room was awesome. Son loved the train theme. Shower had great pleated pressure. I/wr could live here.

This is a nice hotel in a great location within walking distance of train station and all of central Amsterdam. It is nothing fancy but has everything you need. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff were very nice. They also had a breakfast in the mornings. They can store your luggage till you need it on day of check-out. I would recommend them.

This hotel was very convenient to Amsterdam Centraal; also they allow 24 hour check in, which is why we chose this hotel...this is so important to people who are traveling from overseas and would have a tough time if they had to wait several hours before they were able to check in. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The accomodations are basic, which was fine for us. I would absolutely stay there again.

The location is excellent across from the central station the staff were extremely pleasant all spoke good English The room was typical of Dutch old style houses a little small but very clean with comfortable beds

Hotel offers 24hr hot tea and coffee, it makes you warm in the rainy and freezing days. Like this hotel and will come back next time

Very comfortable room, pleasant staff, great location just 5 minutes walk from the trains and trams at Amsterdam Centraal. Breakfast was pretty basic but did the job (and was included in the price).

The rooms were small but clean. The front desk staff was very helpful with directions as where to meet for booked tours. They also had a small breakfast each morning with a terrific and friendly service team. Tea and hot chocolate was available 24 hours a day. The location was within walking distance to the train station and other local attractions.
