Its a cute hotel close to the plaza. To get to the hotel you need to walk so no big bags if you can. The staff, room & amenities were 5/5. Really friendly. You can see the mezquita from the rooftop which is really cute.

We had an issue the first night we were there in that our air conditioner wasn’t cool enough. The next day however Fatiha and Hassan were standouts in customer service. They came to us and got us a new room which was much nicer and coordinated free massages for all of us. Our flight didn’t leave till 6.pm the next day and they let us use an unoccupied room to shower and nap before our flight. Fatiha and Hassan were exceptional in treating us well. They were the epitome of excellent customer service. The owners too were great empowering their employees to help us! Thank you Fatiha and Hassan for a great trip

Lovely riad, a much needed oasis in the chaotic heart of the city.

What a beautiful oasis of a hotel! Down twisting turning cobblestone narrow walkways, is a well-lit entrance to a beautiful, blessedly peaceful Riad. We were received with hot mint tea and a comfortable place to sit while checking in. Our hostess was charming and carefully explained info about our stay and the area. Our room was wonderful, spacious. Loved the rooftop terrace! IF you want to stay in the Medina and also have walking access to newer hotel area, this is a great place to stay!

Excellent! At first we were confused because we had to go through winding corridors to find it. Thank God they sent someone out to meet our taxi and lead us to the riad. It’s beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay again!

Very traditional Riad the staff very extremely helpful and went over and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic The rooms were all extremely clean and unique. The location was fantastic to explore the Medina, Soulks and Palaces. Great Spa facilities and the rooftop terrace was amazing for breakfast, dinner and relaxing. Would definantly recommend

This property is stunning and location fantastic. There were issues with the hot water and an uninvited guest with 4 legs and a hard shell during the night however other than that this Riad is stunning and priced well.

Just a few little bits need looking at (on the terrace mainly) and it would have been a solid 10/10... Local area is great, but getting to the Riad takes some getting used to and the smell on a hot day in the alleys make for an unpleasant walk home but that is out of the Riads controll. Grab a massage while you are there... they are great. We had a problem with our AC, reported it to reception and with in about an hour there was an engineer looking at it. Service was second to none and we would be happy returning.

As far as location goes, it is a little difficult to find at first, but once you find it, it is in a great location for the Medina. The price and the size of the room is a sore point. We have stayed in riads with similar great location but that are only $30-$40 a night with much bigger rooms. This room was quite quaint. We also felt that their food and breakfast option was overpriced for what we have gotten elsewhere.

Very traditional building and friendly helpful staff. Do not expect to find the place without using their transfer service as its deep in the alleys. Our room was very basic and small compared to others on offer but sufficient for us. We was looking forward to having a good meal here after reading review's, but considering you order your food many hours in advanced as its cooked fresh we were very disappointed to the point it was the worst meal we had in Marrakech. I wouldn't say don't stay here but i wouldn't recommend that you do either. Value! Basic! Friendly! No frills!

This Riad is very well-managed with an excellent staff. What I had not anticipated was the meticulous curation of art and artifacts within this lovingly restored riad. The location of the riad is excellent, allowing one to easily walk over to Jemaa el Fna and the souks or to walk to the Koutoubia area within 5 minutes. I look forward to returning here!

The staff was wonderful! However, The room was tooo small and too noisy at all hours. My friends paid same price for a room 3 times larger and in a much better location.

Marrakech is a place like no other however it is amazing and a wonderful experience. The residents are funny and kind but the people in the souks have to make a living and will try and sell to you. That's just the way it is. The city is one of the cleanest I've ever been in; better than many European cities. As for the Riad it was lovely. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room I had was one of the largest with access to a roof area. To be fair I didn't use this much but did use the larger main roof terrace which was great. The bed was soooooo comfy! It is hard to find, as is everything in the city, so take up Ramal's offer of the taxi from the airport. The food in the Riad is great but there are some good restaurants around too. We also used the Riad's Hammam and would happily recommend it too. All in all a great experience and smashing service from all the staff at Riad Al Rimal.

The room was not as shown online and was *very* small for 2 people to be sharing. There was no door to the bathroom and my wife could hear far more than she ever would like to have heard... We know what a Riad vibe should be like, but the size of the room was not acceptable regardless of the good deal that we received. The other rooms at the Riad seemed like a nice size but when we asked if we could change the room unfortunately they didn't have anything available. I cannot comfortably recommend this Riad to anyone due to the risk of getting the cupboard sized room we were in.

This was not the best stay for us. Compared to the other Riads we stayed in it was harder to find. The windows to the rooms have full length shutters so little privacy, (I know this is the style but others had top and bottom shutters so you could still see to get dressed) The air con didn't actually turn on. The breakfast was just OK with many parts costing extra that were standard in all the other Riads. We used the hammam and had a massage which were both wonderful, the ladies are amazing. However the massage was down a few stairs from the main lobby, just behind a curtain which meant the group of French guests being loud didn't make my relaxing massage particularly relaxing. Communication was OK, most staff were lovely however on arrival we requested dinner for the following evening. As we were up and out early we forgot to actually order our specific food that morning, which meant when we got back there was no food and no offer of putting anything together (another Riad kindly provided cheese bread and olives one evening we were back late and exhausted after an excursion.) They made an error in our first reciept saying the room was an extra €100 per night! Check carefully. This place was still more than all our other Riads and had the smallest room with little else to offer.
