Great location at good price

Location is good but kind of noisy at night. The staff is great especially Eluska. Eluska was very accommodating and very friendly. She made our stay wonderful because of her kindness.

Tiene buena ubicación, cercano a atracciones turísticas. Si viajan con un grupo de amigos no hay mucha privacidad en el baño.

The property is just okay but the staff are helpful. The location is centrally located to restaurants and other popular sites although the street where the hotel is located you see people hanging out on the streets past midnight till early mornings.

The hotel requires TLC. The price is ok for the quality of the property. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was small but work good. Thought the breakfast was a little high for what we got but was the same for most hotels in Spain. Hotel was easy to get to

Ok for a couple of nights but too expensive for what you get. No fridge or safe in the room. Bed was ok but no furniture to put things away and the drawer offered was wobbly. Bathroom ok but poorly done.

Great location

The hotel was good. Very good location, with easy access to all major attractions and restaurants. Offered continental breakfast at a fair price. The access to the hotel was somewhat difficult but manageable due to construction by the city, but this was not something in the control of the hotel. Overall very satisfied.

Well located

Convenient, comfortable and great hospitality. Location was excellent, all major sites I planned to visit were within walking distance which made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The room was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. Continental breakfast was fresh, well stocked and had a great variety to choose from. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Even thought the street out front was under construction, once the automatic door closed, it was very quiet! Some areas need updating as they look old & deteriorating but it was very clean!

Good location, easy walking to the Sol, Plaza Mayor and metro. Plenty of eating places around. Friendly helpful staff, nice rooms with air conditioning and 24hr tea and coffee in reception area. Terrace at the top if your a smoker.
