Beautiful room 2. The staff Nouredine was very helpful

My friends and I stayed here twice either side of travelling to other parts of Morocco. The first time, check in was quick and smooth, but the second time there was a bit of a misunderstanding - although it was resolved quite quickly. However the staff member, Ahmed, was incredibly apologetic and courteous, and even gave us some tea as an apology. Aside from check in, both stays were great. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were very hospitable and helpful, and they all had a great sense of humour. The free breakfast provided was a simple, traditional Moroccan-style breakfast which was a nice way to start the day. The staff also arranged airport transfer to and from the airport which was a lot better than negotiating rates with independent taxi drivers

No AC in the room

Ahmed was wonderful and looked after all our needs. The spa my wife had was shorter than advertised, but Ahmed made every effort to correct. thank you Ahmed.

We stayed here for a week and couldn’t have been happier. The location is convenient for getting places but down a quiet alley, so away from the noise of the hustle and bustle. We booked two rooms and both were spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Ahmed especially was amazing and went out of his way to help make sure we had the best stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Nouredine et son équipe son magnifique. Toujours prêt à rendre service et surtout à vous faire sentir chez vous. Ce Riad est mon premier choix de part son design et ses chambres chaleureux et confortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served with mostly bread and cake. The only protein is the yogurt. Prefer to provide eggs, at least boiled eggs. Orange juice is good which is freshly squeezed.

Our stay at the Riad Algeria was excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean. I would recommend anyone visiting Marrachech to stay at the Riad Algeria.

Traditional Riad in the heart of the city.Was quiet inside as it was up an alleyway near the Badi Palace was hard to find at first as I thought was on a street.The small cool roof pool was lovely after a long day hiking.Sorry to not get dinner as I arrived after 8 and left too early for breakfast.The room came with a 15 euro food and drink credit that excluded food and alcohol so I could only have coke and soft drinks which was a shame I'm not a fan of many sweet drinks.

NoorDin and Ahmed were amazing during our stay. Thank you so much! The Riad was lovely, clean and staff were very accommodating. I just took one star off for the AC that wasn’t coping with the 40 degrees Celsius heat in room 5. Management need to sort that out. Having said that, we would definitely come back.

A quiet place near a busy intersection. Little noise from outside the Riad.

Lovely Riad close to all the main attractions. It is in a quiet alley so away from the main street noise, which allows for a great night stleep. The staff were so caring and professional, I would definitely go back here when I'm next in Marrakesh

The hotel location is perfect to visit old Medina, Koutiba Masjed, manara area and Jamei alfanaa

Some reviews of Riads get carried away with a romantic notion of the quaint nature of the buildings. At the end of the day they may be different and colourfully decorated but if they can’t provide the same basic services and facilities as other accomodations I don’t believe they be rated so highly. Check the admin and city tax charges too.

Fabulous Service - thank you for being so accommodating .. great location (once we found our bearings!).. comfortable beds. tasty breakfast - overall great value. 😁
