Clean room

Clean facility, staff is friendly. Refrigerator and microwave are a plus. The pool area was well kept. The room was comfortable and clean not bad to stay for a short visit. Only stayed for one night.

Phone didn’t work and hair dryer was missing! I called the office on my cell phone and he brought a hairdryer to us!!!

Microwave and mini fridge. Internet worked good. Rooms are dated but clean. Fluffy towels. Bed was uncomfortable for me but the pillows were comfortable.

Definitely a 2 star hotel. I was reminded of my grad school days. Not a problem in and of itself. My only complaint was the smell of mildew in the room. It appeared clean and in okay shape though. I tried airing it by leaving the balcony door open, but it wasn’t effective. Since I was very busy and only staying two nights, I just put up with it. After 20 min, I didn’t notice it anymore, just whenever I walked in.

Our annual September weekend and we'll be back next year for the 17th weekend. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, and every night we walked next door to the Venice Restaurant. We love sitting on the small balcony off our room with our Dunkin' breakfast and watch the sun rise over the golf course.

Great location, loved that the heated outdoor pool was still open in late September. Great restaurant next door.

Clean , comfortable, easy access to nearby beaches and venues

This was our first day so we didn’t know what to expect… Everyone seems very nice. I wish they would’ve given us a few more details about the property. Where to have breakfast, how to get to the private beach, etc.. All the things they advertised. We kinda had to figure out for ourselves, but overall we will most likely book again. We really enjoyed sitting on our back balcony and watching golfers on the 13th green.

Nice place ,close to where we wanted to be. Very disappointed with the restaurant next door. Bad clam chowder , slow service, and I had to send back one of the oysters.

Clean rooms, good property condition. Decent option for the money if you are going to the beach nearby.

The property is welcoming and comfortable. It is in a quiet location but close to all attractions. It is on lovely grounds and staff are accessible and helpful. I would stay here again and can recommend it.

LOVE that we were allowed to keep the beach parking pass upon check out for a few hours. Please keep that policy!
