Location was great but the room itself was disappointing - quite shabby overall and missing elements you’d expect a 4-star hotel to have, like a mini fridge. The staff seemed largely clueless and unhelpful too, aside from the blonde lady on the front desk. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Hotel in an excellent location. It is very quaint and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly.

I loved being in the city center and staying in an old hotel with all the modern conveniences . The staff is kind personable particularly our house keeper on the third floor. She greeted us with a smile each time we saw each other.The woman in the breakfast area had a great attitude and reminded me of my family from Göteborg .Will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends

Very bad the room was cold my kid got sick because of the room temprature the bed was awful and the service was terrible i asked to change the room because it was cold inside and the bed was small they told me to pay extra never ever this hotel again and do not recommend it as well!!!

Charming property with a lot of charisma. Only remark would be because of the age of the property, the elevators had to be retrofitted which makes for a quirky access.

It was my second time at the hotel, and I’ve recommended it to others visiting Gothenburg. The location is fantastic, the staff very friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast excellent.

The hotel really si excellent location, I didnt really know what area was good to stay in Goteborg, but I found it! We had a lovely Medium room, spacious, good size bathroom. There is parking right out the front, pay for 2 hours 8-18 hours but was free for us for the whole NY time (hotel tried to direct us to a parking garage on the phone...probably didnt know this). I am told by a local that over summer this area gets turned into a market/food area though? Included breakfast quite adequate, with warm foods. Will stay here again when I return to Goteborg. (And I am not one for staying at the same place usually!)

Our room was quite plain and very dusty. There was also a lack of towels. We found our room extremely noisey on Friday and Saturday night til 3am. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. It isnt anything too fancy, but it was well-prepared and presented.

Such a nice hotel nice clean big room nice friendly staff, great food, great location next to shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

This was a lovely hotel! The room we had was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food available. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay!

Nice hotel on the whole with a trendy vibe, but my bathroom flooded with water every time I had a shower. I told reception and they said that happens and it was normal. I had to make a towel barrier to avoid the whole floor being submerged and getting wet feet when using it after. Not really what I expect for the price I was paying. I should have been more persistent for something to be done/change rooms but they were so matter-of-fact (and also friendly about it) I didn't argue. Staff were really nice on the whole. Also as my room faced the narrow street at the back, there were office/apartment windows very close directly opposite which made changing a pain as they had no veil curtains, only the thick ones, so had to draw them every time when changing. Net/veil curtains would solve the issue. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great and it was in a really good location. I would probably stay again if I go back to Gothenburg despite the issues.

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel, and very good breakfast buffet with vegan options as a standard choice.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Flora. The staff were very accommodating and courteous. Our room was spacious and cozy. I recommend this boutique hotel for couples!
