There is discrimination in treatment between foreigners and egyptions, ex. St the pool bar My wife requested one mug to make moka from machine and the waiter ignored for 15 min. But obe a foreigner requested immediately broght to her. Will not repeat this ezperience ot recommend to a friend

Second time here. The (multiple!) main restaurant food is good. Not spectacular, The a la carte restaurants excellent. We went here for the kids. 5 aquapark areas. 2 for very little kids; one right up at the top of Bluemarine (2 flumes + some smaller slides), the other one down near the beach (some slides). These are suitable for infants and of little interest to my (strong swimmer) 6 year old. There are then 3 other parks. One in Bluemarine with 5 flumes, another on the left of the beach with 6 larger flumes, including a inflatable ring flume, then the main inflatable ring park with inflatable 3 ring flumes. 120cm height limit posted on all of them which seemed fair, but in true Egyptian style, theres a tape across the rulers at 130cm. My 6 year old is 125cm and was only put up against the ruler once but after reassurance from me that he could swim was allowed to ride Again, smaller kids in arm bands were being allowed on, take 120cm as the limit though. Pools were great, lots of them, all quite shallow and great for playing with the kids. One pool reserved for adults. We did walk out over the sand to snorkel a few times along the reef. And theres a new pier being constructed right now to facilitate this more which will probably be a couple of months in construction. You can get a bitnof snorkeling in, but its a 10 minute walk and then a bit of a swim to get to the interesting reef. We used the on-site, Egypt lnternational for snorkeling trips and diving trips.

The hotel overall was ok for the location and price. However, there were couple of issues: 1. The food was below average 2. The access to the beach was unusual and not easy. The closer beach was extremely shallow were the water covers hour foot only. Then you have to walk through weird access to reach the actual water. It wasn’t easy and I didn’t like it. The room and amenities were ok, needs renovations. 3. Booking the restaurant was difficult as you have to book one day before and usually says full. Then you have to go to the counter and ask for extra table. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful. Sufra and Nino were the best restaurants. Next time., will try a different hotel

The hotel is beautiful, the food very nice and the staff very friendly. Everything was great! The rooms are a bit dated but clean and spacious.

Osama our room cleaner was very friendly and he did everything we asked him to do.

There was no sea , night staff didn’t offer sea view rooms as we reserved , all inclusive beverages are all local , all inclusive restaurants are not for every day dinner

Room is shabby

The water slides for kids did not have any gripping mats on the watery slippery stairs or anywhere around it. My daughter fell several times, almost hit her head on pavement but one of the guests caught her and prevented a horrible incident.

The hotel was nice but everyone in the family got food poisoning and ended up being sick. The shower is also very slippy if you have small kids

Excellent for children .with the heated pools . There was different areas on the resort from lively to quiet , something for all ages . Varied choices to eat from ..no choices for people ,children with allergies,...service in the restaurant was questionable at times ,staff more interested in chatting to each other,,dirty used dishes on tables left longer than should be.floors in restaurant not swept , regularly.there were staff who went above service other who just sauntered along.. Variety of different dishes at all sittings.....was slightly disappointed in standards as I have been in other Jaz hotels .with more attentive staff . Was in this hotel march 2024 I noticed the drop in standard from then to now December did speak to the manager about standards you expect from Jax hotel group... Over all the grandchildren enjoyed themselves,,we adults did have a nice holiday .

Amazing staff make this place my second home. So much choice of eating places and where to spend your lazy days in the sun. The grounds are kept immaculate by the gardeners and thanks to housekeeper Ahmed. Always something good to eat and treated like a Queen by the staff. My favourite place in the day lazing by the pool at la Perla and being looked after by best waiter Mohamed. Ate in all the buffet restaurants and looked after by Saad, Mostafa,Shady,Mahmoud,Ahmed (my heart). See you all again next time.

Very limited food selection.

The hotel was not so far from the airport, it was nicer to check-in late and the staff was so welcoming. The whole process was qick and easy. Our room was clean, Muhammad who was in charge of our block was so welcoming and looked after us. All pools was clean and lots of activities planned by the entertainment crew. There are quite pools too. Lots of sun lounge around and drink stations bars where food and snacks available. Service from all staff was amazing. All lunch and dinning options and verity's was good. And the beach was also amazing and the sea was so nice to walk and swim in. No issues with bugs. Lots of entertainment. We had so much fun in the sun. Thank you Jaz Aquamarine

The resort is very clean and tidy. It offers wide options for food with restaurants and snack kiosks around the whole proporty. We tried 4 different a-la-carte restaurants and they all tasted delicious. The staff was very kind and ready to met all our needs and requests. A special thank goes to ANNABELLA of guests relations: a GREAT hostess, who made our stay unforgettable!
