We enjoyed the stay. I chose for air conditioning facility, so it was fantastic and enjoyed World cup with the pub. The food was tasty. Enjoyed Gym and swimming pool. We wanted to have a refrigerator in our room.

Our room was clean and comfortable. However 3 hangers was not really enough! Bathroom very modern but didnt have any "extras" like body lotion, tissues or cotton pads. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned or made up. We had to go looking for cleaner to get fresh towels. I found the decor in hotel very austere. Long hallways to rooms with not even a picture on walls! It just felt bland and corporate! The "pub" was nice but didnt seem to be for hotel guests. More a nice facility for locals. Likewise the swimming pool was packed with locals, both days I went there was only 1 single lane open for swimmers. The rest was for swimming lessons and family runtime. So not a relaxing facility by any means. I attended a wedding and was shocked that the outside seating area (doors.from wedding venue opened onto it) had certainly not been cleaned from a probable function the day before. Cigarette butt's littered the whole area and it was very dirty. The poor brides dress was getting filthy just walking around. Breakfast was okay. Basic with not much choice if you didnt want a full English.

The hotel I spotless throughout and has a modern vibe to it. Starbucks and a bar/restaurant onsite mean you can always grab something to eat or a drink. Our room was new and very modern with a trendy vive. Bathroom was spotless had everything we needed. The TV was massive and you should be able to Chromecast to it although it didn't work for me. I would definitely stay there again

Room was clean had a good stay here despising parking being so busy here as there is a gym and pool which people do come here as it is definitely not quiet but however if your staying it is definitely much more quieter I recommend the club rooms always amazing every time I stay here however the only let down for my stay was room service for housekeeping to take away my old towels to replace with new ones I left the sign out the night before and they didnt change it but I spoke with the receptionist helpful and amazing got them replaced and apologised for this otherwise I would've give it a 5 but everything else is amazing also I will say this there is construction going on my connectivity in my room was very hit and miss I had spots where it would work and dead spots too but wifi does make up for it and lastly screen mirroring on my phone to the TV very hit and miss one minute it works the next it kicks you off but nonetheless I enjoyed my stay .

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and looked great. Family room was 2 queen beds which amazed my daughter! Restaurant was quite expensive so we ordered in but would definitely stay again.

Was a bit disappointed that the hotel had last orders for food at 9.15pm. Arrived just after this....the lady at reception was super quiet and was hard to hear her when she was helping us with the check-in ipad. The hotel was in a renovation period so had to walk upto 2nd floor to them come back down to 1st floor room. No phone in the room to contact reception when we wanted to contact them......had to walk the longer way to get back to reception. Our room was nice and clean with good coffee machine and nice shower plus good aircon. Breakfast was nice but the coffee from the DE machine was horrendous.....maybe they do it so you go to the Starbucks and pay for decent coffee. Overall I think I'll try to avoid Village hotels after this experience.

Great hotel with a really good vibe. The room was spotless and very comfortable. There was a Starbucks inside the hotel and a good sized bar/restaurant.

Hotel was excellent. Room was very tidy and breakfast was lovely. Only negative was that for late arrival from airport, there was no room service option and staff didn’t mention it on check in

Clean room. Looks like I stayed in a brand new renovated room. There is a lot of building work being done with the lift to my floor being out so had to walk the rest of the way up stairs which wasn’t a big issue for me.

Room was newly decorated comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was fine but not much variety. Staff in hotel and restaurant were really friendly and helpful but some gym/pool staff were fixated on their phones and not as helpful to visitors! Not enough locker keys for visitors to loan which for the pool.

Rooms are lovely. But, upgrade to club room is pointless, pay for parking and pool access separately. At times on weekends the pool is unusable due to lane ropes and swimming lessons. Every exchange with staff felt like the guests were an inconvenience.

Avoid - overpriced, lots of add ons and service poor. Better value at other hotels nearby. Extra cost if you arrive an hour early Extra cost to use gym ( not highlighted anywhere) Slow service lunch - over 45 mins for food to arrive Breakfast was a mess - no staff - dirty tables - food low.chaotic and poor experience.
