I'm Japanese. I decided to stay here after seeing it featured on YouTube. My husband and I stayed here.
The service was very polite, and the facilities were well-equipped. It was perfect for our first trip to Thailand. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, so it wasn't a problem.
The station is within walking distance, so it wasn't a problem.
The restaurant had one Japanese-speaking male (breakfast) and one Japanese-speaking female (dinner), which was very helpful.
The food is primarily vegan-friendly, with flour-free pancakes and no meat dishes for breakfast. They even had something like a Japanese set meal!
Everything on the dinner menu was delicious, so I recommend visiting in the evening!
The tap water has a slight smell, which might be a concern for Japanese people, but they provide two bottles of room-temperature and two refrigerated bottles of mineral water (they also have milk and juice!), so you can gargle with that and it's not a problem. That was really the only issue. I would recommend this hotel to friends visiting Thailand! There was even a cat walking around, which was great!
