My third stay at the property and excellent, again. A great option if you want to be in historic Crested Butte town.

Our group had 3 rooms. What a great place. The breakfasts were delicious. The inn was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for a ski vacation. It’s located basically downtown so everything was close. We took the bus up to the ski mountain… very convenient. We also skied x country which was even more convenient.

Such a homey welcoming experience. Simple and rustic, one block from the Main Street. Just what we were looking for. Friendly staff, yummy breakfast, homemade cookies and tea in the afternoon and comfortable beds. Loved it here. Hope to be back soon!

Helpful, friendly people running and maintaining a great bed & breakfast. Room and the services were excellent. Great breakfast experience with such a wonderful array of freshly prepared food and super-pleasant dining areas. We love everything about this establishment.

Wow. Felt like we were staying at a relative's home for the week. Doug - you made our stay in CO amazing. Basic hotel, great breakfast, perfect location (not smack in the center of town, but close enough for everything to be convenient), safe, comfortable.

Lovely lodge with excellent location to downtown Crested Butte. Hotel employees were uniformly helpful and friendly. Included breakfast was charming and a huge time saver. I would definitely stay again.

Cute little boutique hotel in a great area. Small room, a bit creaky and a/c is a window fan right at a bedside. But overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying here; it was small and friendly which was consistent with the town of CB. Great location in town and the staff was awesome. Breakfast was a nice addition.

The Elk Mountain Lodge was an absolute delight. From the check-in staff diligently texting instructions and making my check in easy given the possibility of late arrival, to the homemade breakfasts and evening cookies, to the setting in what appears to be a retrofitted 20th century mansion, everything synthesizes together to create a warm, friendly, inviting vibe. And you still get the ski-conveniences and luxuries like a ski rack room and hot tub. Wonderful place.

Love the Elk Mountain Lodge! As a former longtime, Gunnison county resident, I have stayed there before with family and my girlfriend and I decided to choose this fantastic lodging option again. Walkable and close to everything in town, including the mountain shuttle. Special shout out to the fantastic service by Eric and Doug as we had to leave a day early and they provided us a full refund for unused night. Don’t hesitate to check out the elk Mountain Lodge, one of the better lodging options in downtown Crested Butte!

Very happy with everything offered by Elk Mountain.

Other than not having much parking, this place is perfect!

Property is a hidden private bed and breakfast walking distance from town and free ski shuttle. I would go back again!
