It’s a nice little hotel, lots of stairs and the bathroom was a bit outdated. The shower was tiny but all in all it was perfect for what we needed near town and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were super nice too!

The hotel was very nice and the personnel was very friendly. They have a garage at walking distance, this is very helpful since parking in Porto is really difficult.

We enjoyed this boutique hotel in downtown Porto, there you will find many restaurants and bars and amenities, the hotel has a lot of charm. We stayed for 2 nights the weather was cold and rainy, the heater had a hard time keeping our room heated, the wifi was weak, I had to walk down one level to get signal, the last night there our sleep was interrupted by a barking dog in the area behind hotel

Old Portuguese building with character. Bathroom needed a complete overhaul. Not very big rooms. Poor signal on TV. Breakfasts not very appealing at all. Quite a walk to centre.

Hotel needs a wee update - bathroom was a bit mouldy and cracked. BUT room was very clean, beds were comfy and staff were beyond kind and helpful. The garage is round the corner and very safe for hire cars - you won't need a car in Porto. Very near lovely cafes and restaurants and 10 mins from the tram and rides out to the coast. I'd highly recommend and would go again.

Friendly helpful staff, quiet, good breakfast, 7 to 10 minute walk to metro. A little distance to parking garage and is not close to touist sites and restaurants, but we didn't find that a problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Located in a walkable but gritty neighborhood to downtown. Difficult and expensive parking for this hotel. Breakfast is charged at 10 euros pp, so eat out for less. Our first room had no working tv or heater, so we climbed 2 stories to a new, better room after much negotiation…rate this hotel a C.

It took 30 mins to check in as the person working reception could not find our booking. The bed was comfortable enough, the room was clean. But the shower door was broken and leaked water all over the bathroom after we showered.

Very good location in the centre of town and a nice quiet street. The hotel is very basic though and quite dated, it could definitely do with a refresh.

The hotel is very basic but the service is outstanding. We were welcome with a cute note and cookies! And the staff was always very kind and professional to us. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel has many stairs and no elevator which in our case wasn't a problem at all but if you're travelling with elderly or disable people it might be a bit challenging.

Very clean helpful staff. Seems to be a quiet hotel but maybe due to Covid 19

Good hotel almost at the city center of Porto. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was quite spacious and overall decent. The only downside is the noise level, too noisy if you need to have a good sleep.

Noises (e.g., people talking) from outside the room can be heard quite clearly and there isn't much selection for breakfast. But apart from these, everything else was great.

Good experience, prople very nice. Carolina was very kind and was fantastic to us, always truing to help. Cleaniless was impecable and breakfast was nice! I would just suggest they make the wardrobes mote functional to help us keep our clothes when they are folded away. Overall it was good experience.

We had a wonderful 5 night break in a family room at the Hotel Miradaire in Porto. It was between Trinidade and Lapa metro stations. The room was excellent, very clean and a lovely continental breakfast laid out. The owner and staff were extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
