The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere anytime you used it. Otherwise, this place was an awesome place to stay with my two young niece's they had a great time in the pool and the location couldn’t be better. The BBQs were also a really great option so that we could cook our dinners outside. One of the BBQ’s was not working and could use a clean.

My 8 year old loved the jacuzzi and pool. We could have used more towels and a daily cleaning but that didn’t happen.

We booked the deluxe 2 bedroom with private balcony on the 2nd level for 4 adults and a toddler. Plenty of room. The balcony with propane bbq is great. Terrific location, across from the beach and has a nice outdoor pool. Like many of the motels it is older and does show some signs of aging but it really has everything you need for a comfortable stay in beautiful Penticton. We have stayed multiple times and always enjoy it. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

No staff after 4pm. Rooms are old. Bed says queen but was only a double. No water pressure. Dirty dishes.

Sharon was the best part of the check in. What a great personality. She definitely is the bonus for the place. All my friends commented on what a pleasure it was to deal with her. Gotta love a person with a sense of humour. Hope to be back in the future. S

Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed.

I do enjoy the proximity of this property to everything, but for the amount of money it costs to stay here it would be nice if they put some of that money back into the motel rooms. They are mostly pretty run down, the ac in unit 205 barely works so I’d suggest if you get that room switch out of it. Our room smelt like a sour beer box so I went and bought air fresheners for my 5 night stay. The motel isn’t all terrible, the pool is great and well maintained. I’d suggest having 100 dollar budget to go to a store and get necessity’s your room might be missing.

Such an amazing spot

The room was not properly cleaned or maintained and the floor was sticky when we showed up the bedsheets were used and not changed in the pull out bed so we had to request them later in the evening just to find out the office was closed. Then they decided to keep $150 damage deposit and saying the pull out couch was soaked in urine. Not from us. Scam motel.

We stayed in the “penthouse” and we really liked the private deck overlooking the lake and the classic car cruise in.

Easy check-in, beds comfortable. Stayed in 2br suite - excellent!! Kitchen was well stocked. An awesome private patio area with table, chairs & umbrella and even a BBQ! It’s a bit run-down but it was clean, comfortable and a wonderful location! Lovely pool with clear water & lounge chairs for sunning.

Great location and nice staff. We had a large suite with own patio. Nice layout, but run-down. Three out of four of the windows had blinds that were broken or missing. Laminate boards in the kitchen uneven/raised and chipped. Could cut your foot on it. Patio table wasn’t cleaned off- food crumbs and can with cig butt. Pool seemed nice. TV was good with regular channels you would need including TSN for World Cup. Pots and pans not in great shape. Tub drain super slow when taking a shower… tub was basically filling up. We’ve stayed in a few other motels on Lakeshore and unfortunately this is similar in terms of being run down. It’s such a good location though.
