Our stay was very nice! Summer at the reception desk was nice and helpful and the chef (I can't remember her name I'm sorry) at breakfast was very nice. I say chef because she makes the grits in the morning. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The surrounding area had a lot available and seemed okay. The hotel seemed newer and we'll maintained. Didn't get to use the pool, sadly but they have one.

The ladies at the front desk were the best! Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We stay here everytime we come “home” to visit. The new renovations are awesome.

It was a very nice stay. The location was easy to find and it seemed safe. The staff were friendly and I love the shower.

This Hampton Inn experience was somewhat below par in comparison to other Hampton properties I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was no better than other lesser brands, elevators were ragged, seriously, and room we were given had soggy wet carpet emanating a locker room smell. On a good note, desk personnel quickly gave us another room, tho it meant one of us had to sleep on a sleeper sofa.

Hotel workers were great.

Two nights in Laurel in wonderful King Suite. Roomy, comfortable, clean. Staff were responsive to needs. Nice choice of breakfast foods. Just be aware that there is only one taxi in town if you need a ride. Get that number from front desk.

The property was very clean with nice landscaping. The entry way and breakfast area were very clean. Every staff member we encountered at check-in/out & breakfast were extremely friendly and customer focused. The rooms were awesome! Everything recently remodeled, clean, organized with great water pressure! I absolutely recommend this hotel for a Laurel stay. I have no dislikes to note!!

Staff very nice. Some of the property were worn.

The house keeping knocked on the door the day of check out at 8am to clean and we told them no thank you and we were still here. They then walked in at 945, and we had to stop them from coming into the room while we were still there. Totally Unprofessional and not safe.

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The front desk lady even offered a roll away bed for my son. The breakfast had lots of choices and the lady working it was so sweet. We will definitely stay there again.

This is the best hampton inn we ever stayed all over america. The hotel is new and super clean. The beds…. Heaven!!! So clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. We were a short drive from downtown Laurel. Hotel breakfast was good.
