Very clean rooms and the staff was great!

Beautiful property, especially the common spaces, and with all the right modern necessities and amenities. Great location. We also had a medical issue during our stay and staff was incredibly helpful getting us to the right place for care and assisting with extenuating circumstances. We are very grateful!

Riad style hotel with interlinked g/f seating areas beautifully decorated along the classical music theme with piped classical music, books of sheet music, portraits of classical composers and a myriad of musical instruments. Intimate breakfast areas with small tables and a fixed meal to set you up for the day. Stairs & lifts rise to the upper floors depending upon which area you are in. Rooms are clean, large, plenty of clothes storage, good sized bathroom with separate shower. Above the rooms, a choice of rooftop areas on which to sit and admire the views to Iglesia de Santa Cruz’s espadane with La Giralda beyond. Good bar, hot tub and plunge rather than swimming pool. Staff all very friendly and knowledgeable, ambiance is very peaceful and relaxing. Easy walking to all the main tourist sites once you work out navigation of the tight medieval streets. All in all a delightful hotel.

Very unique and charming little place with so many musical instruments everywhere. Very central to the old town. Accessibility by taxi directly to the hotel entrance wasn't possible and we had to walk perhaps 30 feet into a small alley after getting off the cab. Great rooftop views.

Breakfast needs improvement

Nice hotel . Specially for music lover ,morning with classic piano performance so relaxing. Working distance to visit and lots restaurants and Tabas to enjoy

We enjoyed our stay and had a room on the top floor with a terrace. We loved the rooftop area & bar. We did use the pool one day, and that was lovely. The reason it did not get five stars is that the elevator was out a few times and my companion cannot walk that many stairs to the top floor. Also, they do not have any gluten-free options for breakfast, so we had to go elsewhere. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel near lots of restaurants & shopping.

Hotel Amadeus was a quiet tranquil sanctuary we needed after a tiring busy crowded city of Seville. Everything was clean, beautiful and staff were helpful and friendly.

Convenient location to the sights of the city, rooftop bar/lounge area to watch the sunset or relax after walking all day, nice ample breakfast with fruit each day. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Was a great start to 2 weeks in Spain. My wife said they had the best hair dryer of the trip.

The staff helped me so much when, after checking out, I thought I had left my I purse in the room. They did a quick search while I was on the phone.

A very nice hotel with a beautiful Andalusian style. It has also the music theme. Helpful and kind staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location with walking distance to all important monuments.

This hotel is in an excellent location, perfect for exploring the old town of Seville. The beds, bedding, bathroom etc were perfectly clean but the lamps, kettle and night stands had clearly not been dusted in a while. This was a shame. The main reasons behind our disappointment with this hotel were around the pool.As a a group of 3 friends treating ourselves to a getaway, the pool was the main reason for selecting Amadeus. Unfortunately, a group of 8 local youths were permitted entry to the pool. The weather was beautiful and I can only presume they or their families knew a member of staff working at the hotel and access was permitted as a ‘backhander’ or under the radar. They were unsupervised for the entirety of their visit. They became loud and completely took over the space in the pool to the point that we and other guests could not fit in the pool. This included family with a tiny bandy; they could not use the pool as the youths were jumping in and splashing unacceptably. They were also a little inappropriate with a guest who clearly presented with additional needs. This whole situation was not acceptable. When a member of our group raised this with staff on reception, she was dismissed and told -untruthfully- that these children were with parents. They absolutely were not. This dishonesty was really disappointing. I then raised this again on departure and really wasn’t given any apology or truthful explanation for the youths’ presence. A real shame Hotel Amadeus
