This place sets a high bar. It’s a paradise! We truly enjoyed every moment of being there. Also had one of the best snorkels. This hotel is a must if you travel to Mahe at least for a few nights.

We had a fantastic time at Constance Ephelia for our honeymoon. The place is so beautiful and the staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive to anything we needed. All the dining options on site did really good food and we had the most relaxing time during out stay. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Mahé and this resort was superb. Lovely restaurants, plenty to do as it’s a large resort. Staff are incredibly friendly, wouldn’t hesitate to come back here in the future!

Luxury Periodnt! Greetings from the States. As a middle class American, I felt this was a next level vacation. I got my monies worth at this high end resort plopped in the middle of a mangrove reserve beach beauty. All the special touches and figuring out what is inclusive added to the adventure. IYKYK (just read as many reviews as you can). Pro tip: purchase a bus pass at the airport although you can’t ride it with luggage, it was useful for exploring Mahe. Recommend Junior Suite w/ half board. I loved the buffets which always had a local variety. They even had a Willy Wonka chocolate factory style dessert bar for Easter which brought out the kid in everyone. The customer experience and service are CORE values at this resort. Treat yourself; I’m so glad I did.

El Hotel y las habitaciones están ya algo viejos, pero el entorno es maravilloso. El personal del Hotel es algo apático y lento en reaccionar a las peticiones, aunque tanto el personal del gimnasio como el del club infantil se esfuerzan mucho y son muy agradables. El buffet de desayuno está bastante bien, aunque faltarían más opciones de pescado y marisco. Tuve que ir al servicio médico por una picadura de un ciempiés y la verdad es que el médico fue muy atento. Desde el gimnasio organizan paseos por el campo, que son muy recomendables para conocer el entorno del Hotel. En general muy bien, aunque es cierto que no es de los mejores hoteles de este tipo en los que he estado, cuadra más con un cuatro estrellas que cinco, aunque entiendo que se paga la ubicación.

The resort is beautifully with a nice beach especially the north beach , the staff are wonderful .my only concern is the boat house which is run by a third party that does not meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel , one staff in particular ( Elaino) has a very bad Manner and attitude , I had to complain to hotel manager about his attitude and professionalism

Excellent dining options for those of us on halfboard. Really good sommeliers with an extensive knowledge of their long winelists. Loved the squashcourt. Beaches (public) were amazing, and even if waters became shallow on South beach during tide, swimming was brilliant. Nice rooms with everything you need, and no fuzz with refilling coffee, drinking water. Simply the best.

Cristin from the reception was welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Rose at the restaurant provided impeccable service, always engaging with us and ensuring our dining experiences were flawless. What stood out the most was how each of them made personal connections with us, which made our stay all the more memorable. It's clear that this hotel values customer care, and we genuinely felt cared for. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel with world-class service!

It’s a surprise how great the resort environment is! The service and staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Sheila, her excellences in hospitality is next level. I particularly like the fitness center’s hiking activities. Each guide was well-experienced and caring. And the room service daily is also impeccable. The spa is also fantastic, the package is a great deal, love the tranquility is highly appreciated at the spa. Moreover, it’s very convenient to chat with the staff on WhatsApp, makes everything easier for appointments and communication. Overall, you won’t regret booking it!

Good clean hotel with friendly and very accomodating staff. The hotel is missing a "personality", maybe its a lack of interior design planning or music ambience, but it just seems bland. Food is good, one beach is good, some restaurants are good, mainly the buffet the beachside bar along with Adam and Eve. I know it advertised as a 5 star, it is not, its a solid 4 start resort. When comparing agaist Lemuria (Praslin island), go with Lemuria hands down.
