I you’re travelling alone and are looking for a place to sleep, it’s a fine spot. The best part of my experience was the people of the front desk, very nice, communicative, and helpful. They let me check in earlier and check out a bit later. That helps me a lot as I was exhausted when I got to the hotel. Very nice people. The location is pretty good as well. But the room is small, the shower was not good at all. As a small place I was awake a lot because people were a bit noisy coming from the night. I couldn’t sleep well because of that. It’s a fine hotel, I guess cheaper in comparison to others on the same location. It was good for one night.

The first red flag was that for $180 per night they didn’t have key cards but actual metal keys, attached to paper weight. Which you had to leave at the desk every time you wanted to leave the hotel. After that I get to my room and I do have long arms but I could nearly touch both sides of the room standing in the middle. I understand the rooms in Paris are generally small, but not that small. My window faced a brick wall and the room was not very clean. Hairs on the bed that weren’t mine and just crumbs on the floor. Too too it all off in sitting in my room looking for another place to stay and a lady just walked into my room, major problem with not having key cards. There are far better places to stay for half the price. Do not stay here by any means, I booked the room because my mom had stayed there 20 years ago when she was traveling. Clearly the hotel hasn’t made any improvements since the 90s and you will regret staying here.

Very friendly and welcoming

This is a good hotel close to some of the main places to see and the staff is very welcoming. This is an old hotel and the rooms can be small; however, this is to be expected in old buildings in many hotels in the big city of Paris. If you are looking for a quiet place, convenient location, and don't plan to spend much time in the hotel, then this place is a good option.

The staffs are friendly and welcoming. The location. Is good. Room is clean and comfortable. There is a lift which is helpful. I will go back again,

good stay

Room was quaint, but small & outdated. Front desk staff was excellent! Water pressure & temperature issues made for unreliable showers. Shower curtain & tiles appeared to have mildew present. Bed was comfortable. Elevator was small and did not service all floors.

Location is superb. The hotel is quaint and the staff was wonderful and especially Eric! He was very friendly and full of ideas for our visit to Paris!

Air unit in room didn’t work. I complained but front desk staff was very indifferent-they told us to open windows which allowed mosquitoes in that gave us bites. Room is minimally comfortable. Toilet seat was a flimsy plastic snap on type. Bathroom very small and difficult to use for a tall person. Worst part of stay was staff. Location was fantastic and quiet.

Everyone was really friendly & the location is very convenient. My problem was when I came back to my room on the second day my room was left open. Not just unlocked but the door was fully left open with a towel. I had everything of value with me but also as a female traveling alone this made me feel a bit unsafe. I let the person at the desk know but he seemed to be fairly unconcerned. I understand there was nothing he could do but a bit of empathy from him & maybe offering to check out the room or something would have went a long way.

Great location and staff. Quaint room. Tiny shower. The only real negative is how noisy it is at night. Lots of noise in the street that echos loudly in the room.

The hotel was pretty basic. Not the nicest place I’ve stayed but it was fine and a good value. The A/C worked!

The concierge was very helpful and friendly!!
